if you ask someone to have s.ex with you twenty times, and you recieve nineteen no's and one yes, you did not get consent

if you then proceed to have s.ex with them, congratulations, you have just coerced som.eone into s.ex and can now possibly be charged with r.ape

Really it shouldn't matter whether or not you can get charged with r4pe; if someone says no the first time, leave them the f/ck alone. If you harass someone until they have with you you're a sh/tty person whether or not you're legally a r4pist.

if they say yes after being pressured then that legally counts as coercion, not consent. so yeah you can be.

if they are below 16 you can't get consent anyway. but no matter what age they are, if they said no once and you go ahead anyway, that's ra.pe
