No means no and yes means yes. You can't be charged with ra/pe if they say yes.

if they say yes after being pressured then that legally counts as coercion, not consent. so yeah you can be.

if they are below 16 you can't get consent anyway. but no matter what age they are, if they said no once and you go ahead anyway, that's ra.pe

Really it shouldn't matter whether or not you can get charged with r4pe; if someone says no the first time, leave them the f/ck alone. If you harass someone until they have with you you're a sh/tty person whether or not you're legally a r4pist.
