No. There really isn't. You've grown up hearing that fat is bad, because it's "unhealthy," but the truth is, you can't know someone's health by looking at them. You can be healthy and be fat, or unhealthy and skinny. I suggest checking out Lacigreen on Youtube and looking at her video about fat shaming. You will see that you are not at all disgusting, but our society is.

But anyway, that girl doesn't know who she's messing with. I can't believe someone would have the nerve to come up to you and say that you don't need money for lunch because you shouldn't eat because you're fat. WHO IN THE HELL SAYS SOMETHING LIKE THAT? Believe me, I've tried starving, then I see food and I'm all 'Uh, I'll start tomorrow,' and I eat. Anorexia isn't going to make you beautiful, it's going to make you very sick looking if you don't eat for so long. I'm not going to say that girl is fat or a ratchet sandwich or anything like that. She's just plain mean. You don't need someone like her in your life. She's gonna have to take it up with me if she ever says something like that to you again. It's not fuucking right. I tried throwing up today, actually....because I wasn't going to eat and I did. But that doesn't matter right now. I'm just so shocked that someone would actually come up to you and say something like that. The nerve.
