I faved and followed, but I know this is a good way to motivate yourself and it really is but later, you can't just depend on getting faves to work out.
I'm 13 years old, 5'2 and in six months I went from 132 lbs to 108 lbs. I know you can do this (: And the best part is when you get on that scale and see that you made you goal. That is honestly the best feeling in the world. I can give you some tips if you want :) It only takes 3 weeks of working out to make it a habit. I know you can do this! I reallllllyyyyy believe in you (: I'm always here if you want any tips on working out!

Just some advice:
-Don't 'over-workout'. I used to be really overweight, like i kid you not. I thought the first thing to do was to run kilometres and laps and marathons, then do gym exercises... For me, it didn't work to its full potential because I worked hard, but I ate more food because I was twice as hungry from exercising. And therefore, gained more weight
- Also, to help with your exercise regime, eat half of what you ate before. I AM NOT SAYING STARVE YOURSELF- Just putting it out there. So let's say you eat snacks right after dinner, cut out the snacks. Because you just ate right? Or if you eat like a full bowl of rice or noodles, eat half a bowl of noodles.
And my final, greatest, advice aahaha, is to resist the first few rumbles of the stomach. Because this usually tricks people into eating, even when they're entirely full. Just don't starve yourself to the point where your health is so low, because in the end you'll gain back all the weight, if not twice the weight.
Sorry for the length. Good luck :)

Exercise isn't really an efficient way of losing weight since your body (when you're asleep) compensates for the hours you were exercising so even after over 6 hours of intense exercising a week, you'll barely lose a few kilos. The real way to weight loss is to diet safely, cutting down on sugary and fatty foods.
