Yes. I became myself, the person I was supposed to be. When I was eight, I let people abuse me, manipulate me and always cared about what they think. Now I live my life without those worries. I'm targeted all A's and A*'s, I've got excellent friends behind me and I've learnt new talents. So yes, I think my eight year old self is proud of me.
