I dont understand. I havent cut in 13 weeks and I am suddenly struggling to not cut. I am having such a hard time. I literally dug my nails into the couch cushion and I just- I dont know. I don't know how to say this but
please here me out. Okay.. so lately, I've been noticing my appearance more. I used I be like, "Oh yeah, I know i'm not the prettiest person, but whatever." And i still am like that... but., it's weird. It's almost like at the same time I don't care, I also can't accept what I look like anymore? For example, let's say I'm talking to someone attractive. What I'll do is I'll imagine that I look like the person that I'm talking to.. it makes me feel better about myself but isn't it bad that I'm picturing myself as someone that I'm not? Isn't this weird? What do I do? WHY am I doing this?

I change with the seasons.

My scars are part of me now. Paintings on my skin that will fade within a couple of weeks.
But they feel right in a sense. I run my fingers over them and say to myself...
"sure, i'm hurting. ive made mistakes. but ive punished myself and im alive"
i know i shouldnt but i still do hurt myself. i hope one day to stop. so cheers to me for being 3 days clean... the most ive been since april.
