It's because the little bits of hair such as baby hair need to be straightened, and because the hair is so straight it kets a kink in it if you sleep funny. Take it from someone with naturally straight hair.

It's weird how curly-haired girls want straight hair, and straight-haired girls want curly hair. I used to straighten my hair every day, just because I hated the way it was naturally :\

Mine's a bit curlier than a beach wave, but I'd love it if it were a bit more tame. I wouldn't mind my curly hair if it weren't so frizzy too. Like, just smoother. She does have pretty hair :) I want Zooey Deschanel's hair. Not necessarily the texture, I just love the way it looks.
