If you set up two mirrors so that they are reflecting off each other infinitely (you know, so it looks like a tunnel?), the more they are reflected, the more they acquire a greenish tint. This means that mirrors reflect all colours equally except for green, which they reflect a teensy bit more, so technically, they are green.

mirrors are actually just pieces of glass that have a paint on them , hence the reflection
