Help, there is a stalker man that's following me home!?

So two weeks ago I went to this party with my friends and we knew everyone there except this one guy.  At first I thought it was just me that didn't know him, but i asked my friend and a couple other people throughout the night and they said they didnt know him either.  Anyways, my friend dropped me off a little ways from my house.  When i was walking to my house that night the guy from the party was like slowly walking behind me.  I wasn't scared at first but then when I kept crossing streets he would follow me, and when I looked at him he was smiling all funny.  Anyways, I ran home and locked my door super fast after that.  I was scared as heck!  Today the same thing happened! I haven't told anyone yet, but now I'm scared! What should i do?

    You should move that boookshelf out of the way of the window.  It's blocking my view.
