Last night at about 8:00, Courtney was feeling awful. We rushed her to the hospital. She was throwing up and was paler than usual. She wasn't good. We stayed in the hospital (me and her family) for the night, but halfway through the night. Things weren't getting any better. The doctors told us that she was leaving us that night. I couldn't stop crying, and I'm crying as I'm writing this. The doctors said to say our last goodbyes. When I went in to talk to Courtney, she was beautiful looking, so fragile and elegant. I sat by her bedside, and just said hi. She told me somethings, and we recollected memories. I told her I love her, so she to me. Then she started talking about you guys on witty. She was crying as she spoke. She said how much of an inspiration you guys were and how much you made her laugh. Finally, she told me the password for the account, She said she wanted me to talk you guys and become a wittian or something. Lastly, I told her I loved her again. I kissed her one last time before she would be gone. Later, when I left the room, she died about 2 hours later in her sleep. Guys, I love her. I miss her. I want her back. She's gone. I love her.

Jared, I am so so so so so so sorry to hear about your loss. I may not have known her, but I can tell she was an amazing person. I can also tell that she gave you the love you deserve. dear, Courtney where ever you are, i don't know a whole lot about you but you were one of my most favourite followers, before i had a witty account i found your profile, i checked it out and read your story. i found it soooo inspiring and the next day i told one of my best friends about you and how you were so strong!!! even though i don't know you in person, but i am truly sad and what i know is your looking down on us all.
