The True Beauty Challenge.
The rules:
For one day you're not allowed wear makeup, tight clothes, short clothes or straighten/curl your hair.
You have to wear sweatpants, a loose top, a baggy jumper, ugg boots, throw your hair up in a ponytail or a messy bun and write 'True Beauty' on your wrist.
You aren't allowed fake anything, no faking a smile, no pretending to like somebody, no pretending to be somebody you're not.
You be your true self for a full 24 hours.

Have you considered that it is summer and wearing sweatpants and uggs to the beach will not work

It really bugs me how you all think you HAVE to wear no make up, not straitnen your hair, and wear baggy clothes to "not look" pretty. Sometimes I wear sweatpants. I wear big t-shirts all the time. I'll skip makeup half of the week. And I use heat elements on my hair every once in a blue moon. And I think I look beautiful. Just cause that's different than dressing up, it doesn't mean you show true beauty. It's strait up bull if you ask me.
I hope some of you realize that you don't have to dress a certain way to show your true beauty. The only way of showing that is to be yourself. PERSONALITY.

i can't wear boots or sweat pants or i'll sweat to death . it's like in the 80's all the time where i live . ;P

You would just allow them to be themselves and not force them to wear what you think is true beauty. What if they dont FEEL beautiful like that?

if i wore sweatpants, boots, or a jumper i would have a heart attack because where i am it's more than 90 degrees.... so i'm going to have to tweak this.
