I looked into it and what I found they seemed to say it's a sign from your higher self telling you you're on the right track in your life.
So I just took it as some kind of supportive pad on the back.
The number eleven is, among other things, the number of the master. As such, it can be taken to mean mastership of your Self. Being fully aware and in contact and conscious control of yourself.
According to respected therapists, spiritualists and authors, the phenomena of repeating number sequences is taking place and gaining momentum due to a new spiritual awareness or ‘awakening’. Humans are evolving on a spiritual level, and the repeating number sequences are ‘messages’ from a Higher Source.

I feel that way a lot but I think it's just that you NOTICE things like 9:11 (for obvious reasons) or 12:34 ('cause like; one, two, three, four). But, yeah I feel ya..
