Don't yell at them
Don't say you're disappointed in them
Don't say "cheer up" and expect anything out of
that
Don't ignore them
F.cking talk to them and just be there for them
Listen to them

so I have 200 followers on instagram, so I posted something about me selfharming and I was expecting at least 10 or 15 of them to say something but all I got was 0 likes and 0 comments WTF
