haha thanks for the advice but I hope you guys all know that I'm eating and doing what I gotta do. I'm not like trying to get like under 1000 or whatever it was just a test and I ate a lot later in the day like I just got REALLY hungry.. but thanks (:

If you don't get atleast 1,100 calories a day your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism slows down causing you to gain weight

Sometimes a lack of calories can contribute to weight gain. The body isn't receiving enough fuel/nutrients so it holds onto whatever it has already a d delays its breakdown. Also I thought the average calorie consumption for young people was only 1300 I guess it also kind of depends on the types of foods you eat. Like you could eat 3000 calories of vegetables and have no weight gain. But this is just general, I don't know your situation, exercise patterns, BMR etc.

I don't think you're reading labels right. Calories go by servings, a "serving" on a chip could only be 5 chips. Maybe relook? Girls shouldn't eat no more then 1,2000 calories a day, it's unhealthy.

#2 I went by servings, I had to double the servings on the pancake box
#3 reallly? Because my health teacher said that was some huge myth and people in general should have 1800-2000 a day, no matter what, and that's why most dv charts are based on 2000 calorie diets. but oh.. lmfao

Oops sorry, i meant no LESS then 1,200 calories :s I was meaning, like, if that's truly how little you're eating you DO NEED to eat more, as that's unhealthy. :P

well thats the recommended calorie intake but perhaps it also depends on metabolic rate and all that stuff , i think its how fast you burn fat, but dont take my word for it haha

I barely eat any calories too.
i usually eat like 850 calories worth a day.
but i still have tummy fat.
but i hate weighing myself because don't forget, it counts:
clothes
thighs
boobies
and even hair.
basically anything that has a weight too it.

You don't need to count calories, you're perfect just the way you are. WHAT THE ACTUAL ? You are not chubby! If you're chubby then I must be the fattest person in the world! You're not fat, you're not even close to it

Actually it's bad. Cuz I'm going to my boyfriends for dinner so it's not like I can just eat a bunch to make about 1800-2000.... mehh.. and I don't wanna just down a few soda's cuz that's all sugar LMFAO whatever screw this man

If you get less than 1,200 calories (and even that is pushing it) your body goes into starvation mode and you store fat! Search "how many calories do I need" on google, take a test, eat the amount it tells you and do 30 minutes of exercise a day.
