Just for something to do today, I decided to count how many calories I eat. I didn't eat particularly healthy or different than any other day. If I don't get at least 925 during dinner, I won't technically have enough calories for the recommended 1800. If that's how I eat daily then WHY THE HE// AM I CHUBBY?

Don't eat this, maybe he could pick you up soon. You control your body so don't eat it, eat less. Your thighs shoudn't touch. Look at what your about to eat, do you really need it? You're not that hungry, you could go without it. Think about how pretty you would look, if you keep this up, you could do it. just put the food down. You want to stop hating your body right? Do it for everytime you cried over yourself, you hate what you see in the mirror. You can change it. Lose the weight. You would be able to fit into everything, you want to be size 0 right, you want to be perfect don't you?
