You control your body so don't eat it, eat less. Your thighs
shoudn't touch. Look at what your about to eat, do you really
need it? You're not that hungry, you could go without it.
Think about how pretty you would look, if you keep this up, you
could do it. just put the food down. You want to stop hating your
body right? Do it for everytime you cried over yourself, you
hate what you see in the mirror. You can change it. Lose the
weight. You would be able to fit into everything, you want
to be size 0 right, you want to be perfect don't
you?
