 Chapter Six
 

Maya’s POV
Weasel and I walked out to the beach where the Zayn and Louis were rolling around on the ground, and the boys were just sitting in the sand.
“Liam, your just going to let them fight like that?” Weasel asked Liam who was building a sandcastle
“They wont listen so I gave up”
“You’ve become a softy Li” She laughed
“What are they fighting about anyway?”
“You” Harry smiled and I laughed
“No really”
“I’m serious… Well they were talking about you then Louis called Zayn a peasant and well that happened” I began laughing before walking to the knot of boy.
“Guys, I know I’m attractive but gosh this is new” I joked and the boys stopped.
“Hey Maya” They said together, while standing up.
“Well I’m going to change and when I come back can we not be tackling eachother?” I laughed before heading into the house which I knew was empty. Mr and Mrs Tomlinson went out with the rest of their family. I went straight to the bathrrom where I got rid of everything I had ate this morning, before brushing my teeth and changing into my bathing suit. I went back out to the beach where Louis was sitting alone.
“Hey Lou where did everyone go?”
“They went down to the rocks but I didn’t want to go and so you wouldn’t be alone when they came back” I went over and hugged him. As I went to pull away his arms wrapped around me tighter and he carried me into the water.
“Louis! Put me down!” I screeched and he just laughed. Suddenly I was in the ocean. I splashed Louis and it turned into a splash fight until we called truce since we both had a large amount of salt water in our eyes. We went back into the sand, grabbed towels and sat down watching the waves roll onto the beach. I let out a small shiver and Louis must’ve caught on because he scooted closer and wrapped me in his towel with him.
“Cold Maya?”
“Just a little” I said shaking
“Well its since you are so thin! Seriously, how?”
“I guess it’s just natural I guess” I lied. The towel began sliding off my shoulder and I didn’t think anything of it when Louis went to fix it
“Maya?” He said softly
“Yeah Lou?”
“How long?”
“How long what?”
“How long have you cut?” He said looking truly scared. Crap. I forgot about that. I was so happy here that I hadn’t felt like I had too. But then again I’ve only been here for a day.
“A-almost a year” I stuttered out. Louis looked at me with a face like he was going to cry before kissing my scars
“Please, never do it again. Promise me” He begged
“I promise” I said quietly and he slowly leaned in to kiss me. The kiss became longer and deepend.
“WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!”
