the first one wasn't really an example of ; it would've been a comment if one person told or implied that another person that was stupid based on racial stereotypes or stigma

yes, but i was referring to the way people view these days. People nowadays don't get what is and just assume ANY insult (even ones that aren't about physical appearance, religion or background) towards a black person is , when it really isn't, it's just an insult

Well see, it CAN be , if the white person is saying a black person is "worthless" BECAUSE they are black (which has beenn happening for centuries, you cant pretend like stopped) then yeah it all depends on a circumstance I suppose.
