I'm 16 and 5'8" or 5'9", but I've been the same height since I was 13. You probably won't grow much more. 5'3" is perfectly average.

I was 11 and I was 5'2" (and still am)
It's pretty average, if you hit puberty and stuff, if you haven't then you're tall.
