The Swiss who speak French make sooo much more sense. They actually say seventy, eighty, ninety, not four twenty eleven; I'm pretty sure my French teacher from Switzerland laughs at the French French.

In German, you go 1, 2, 3 (...) 19 (eins, zwei, drei (...) neunzehn) then you start going "one-and-twenty" (einundzwanzig) or "seven-and-forty" (siebenundvierzig) etc.
