Its because I THINK that when you were tank tops people can see your Bra strap. So maybe thats why you cant wear tank tops.

But what if you wear a strapless bra? They could make a rule that says "undergarments cannot show" (which would rule out bra straps) but still allow tank tops. There needs to be a better reason!
