oh my god that is soo true cos i did that once and ma hair was dowm 2 ma waist and i sed "oh just a small trim please! :)" *waits a while* "WHAT THE HELL DID U DO?????????"
"oh i just thought that it would look nice short!" lol so i complained and i got a free gift card!! bonus!!
