I remember it all.
March 2012 i was going to my little cousins softball game and you were there
the cousin my age introduced us
we exchange numbers and talked for endless hours
i couldnt go a day without talking to you
in may for my birthday you texted me first thing in the morning, your words were the only ones i cared about
we grew closer everyday
and we talked about our future house
June 1st you asked me out
i said yes but later that night broke up with you for a different guy
i ruined it all
i texted you three times over the summer
the third time you forgave me and said we could start over
we grew close but not as close
september 7th i went to your football game instead of my school's
september 8th you asked me out again
i said yes
we saw movies and i hid behind you when i was scared
our first kiss was under the lights at the football stadium
you always held the door open for me
we went to eachothers houses and on dates
we did fight but we never stayed mad for more than a couple of hours
i knew everything about you and you knew everything about me
you were my best friend
your favorite color was red
your lucky number was three
you were in love with pizza
your favorite song was work hard play hard or scream because you couldnt decide
our song was eveybody talks
and you were in love with my eyes
on december 13th i called you crying because we werent working
you took 3 advanced classes with sports and we only talked for an hour a night
we brokeup that night
i cried myself to sleep
i cried in school
i eventually got over you
but here i am thinking about you

'I hate my mother'
long but worth reading.
My mom only had one eye, I hated her...
she was such an embarrassment.
She cooked for students and
teachers to support the family.
There was this one day during
elementary school where my mom
came to say Hello to me.
I was so embarrassed. How could
she do this to me?
I ignored her, threw her a hateful
look and ran out.
The next day at school one of my class mates
said "EEEE, your mom only has one eye!"
I wanted to bury myself. I also wanted my
mom to just disappear.
SO i confronted her that day and said, "If
you're only gonna make me a laughing stock,
then why don't you just die?!!!"
My mom did not respond...
I didn't even stop to think for a second
about what i had said, because
I was full of anger.
I was oblivious to her feelings,
I wanted out of that house, and have
nothing to do with her.
So i studied real hard, got a chance to go
to Singapore to study.
Then. i got married. I bought a house of my
own. I had kids of my own.
I was happy with my life, my
kids and the comfort.
Then one day, my mother came to visit me.
She hadn't seen me in years and she didn't
even meet her grandchildren.
When she stood by the door, my children
laughed at her, and i yelled at her
for coming over uninvited.
I screamed at her, "How dare you come to my
house and scare my children!"
"Get out of here now!!!"
And to this, my mother quietly answered
"Oh, im so sorry. I may have gotten the
wrong address." and she
disappeared out of sight.
One day, a letter regarding a school
reunion came to my house in Singapore.
So i lied to my wife that i was going on
a business trip. After that reunion, i went to
the old shack which was my childhood home
just out of curiosity.
My neighbours said that
she had passed away.
I did not shed a single tear.
They handed me a letter that she had
wanted me two have, it read:
My dearest son,
I think of you all of the time, I'm sorry that
i came to Singapore and scared your children
I was so glad when I heard you are
coming for the reunion.
But i may not even be able to
get out of bed to see you.
I'm sorry i was a constant embarrassment
to you when you were growing up.
You see... when you were very little you got
into an accident, and lost your eye.
As a mother, i couldn't stand watching you
having to grow up with one eye.
So i gave you mine.
I was so proud of my son who was seeing
a whole new world for me, in my place,
with that eye.
With my love to you.

Chapter 36
ALYSSAS POV
I woke up the next morning laying on Louis on the couch. My back still hurt a little but not much. My first instinict was to try to move my feet to see if I could. Thankfully Niall got to me in time.. This time.. I checked my phone to check the time and it was noon. The guys had rehersal for the VMAs at 1. I always felt bad waking Louis up. He was so cute when he slept. I kissed his jawline and he smiled.
"good morning BooBear" I said and he snapped his eyes open
"Your awake!"
"Well yeah it's noon.."
"How are your legs?!"
"I can move! Speaking of moving get up you have rehersal in an hour"
"Do I have to go? I wanna just stay here holding you for the day"
"Think of the fans Lou"
"I know I know.." He sighed, getting up to get ready. I texted the rest of tthe guys and Alex telling them to get up and went to get dressed. I put on a simple outfit with a pair of DCs and sunglasses. I put a little bit of makeup on and left my hair down. The guys wanted Alex and I at the rehersal. The rest of the guys came to our room and once everyone arrived we left. The guys rehersed until 3 and we had to go back to the hotel to get ready for the show. Everyone went back to their rooms and once again Louis and I were allone. I was walking to the bedroom to get ready when Louis came behind me and wrapped his arms around mt waist .
"Boo I have to get ready"
"Do we have to right now?"
"Yes Lou"
"Whyy?" He whined
"Do you want to be late to your first VMA?"
"No..."
"Exactly go get ready" He pouted and went in the bathroom to get ready and I went into the bedroom. I put on my new blue and cream dress, pastel blue heels, feather earrings, a bow necklace and put my hair in a braid before doing my makeup. It took me a while to do my eyes but it was worth it in the end. I walked out and found the boys and Alex waiting for me.
"Its about time Lyss!" Alex rolled her eyes and all the guys turned to look at me.
"Lookin good Sis" Niall said and vame over to hug me. Louis had a huge grin.
"Watch it Tomlinson" Niall shot Louis a look
"You look amazing Babe" Lou came over to hug me.
"Come on guys we have to go! The girls are meeting us there!" Liam said and Zayn covered his mouth.
"Shut up man!"
"Oops sorry.." Alex and I looked at eachother with huge smiles.
"THE GIRLS ARE COMING?" I squealed and alex slapped me
"Will you not scream like that?!"
"Don't hit my girlfriend!" Louis said and I slapped Alex back
"Lyss!" He said and Niall put his hand on Louis shoulder and made him back up, whispering something and Louis laughed. Before I could ask Paul walked in.
"Come on guys! The Limo is here!"

We got to the Boston airport where the rest of the girls met us. We were all hugging one another before fans realized we were there and we had to board the plane. Because of how famous the boys have gotten management has ordered a private jet for us. I took the seat next to Louis and I was exaughsted. We all were after the events today. I was trying to keep myself awake to spend as much time with Louis as possible.
"You look tierd Love"
"I am... and my back is killing me" Niall must've heard me because he butted in
"For gods sake Lyss! I forgot about that. You are not supposed to be riding like that yet!Your going to hurt yourself more!"
"Ni I'll be finee"
"You will not! Dad told me that the doctor said you are not supposed to be doing anything riding more than a slow trot! Do you remeber what will happen if you do?!"
"Yeah.." I have severe back problems from riding and from the fall that happend awhile ago. I'm not sure what triggered it but it's been worse this week.
"Love? What is he talking about? What will happen?" Louis looked confused. He knew about my back problems but i never told him about what could happen if i worked myself. There were reasons i didn't tell him..
"Lyss you didn't tell Lou?" Niall gave me a weird look
"No no i didnt... Can I go to sleep now?"
"Not till you tell me!" Louis said, his eyes begging
"Fine.. The doctor told me if I do anything over a trot that I could be temporarly or permenetly be paralized.."
"what?!"
"Yup... "
"Babe please take it easy?"
"I will.. Can I go to sleep yet?" Louis just smiled and nooded. He lifted the arm rest and put his arm around me so I was laying on him. He began humming which led to singing.
"If I'm Louder would you see me? would you lay down in my arms in rescue me?" He sang and I fell asleep instently. I woke up to the feelin of not being on a seat. I opened my eyes and looked up to see Louis carrying me. When I realized I wasn't on the plane and I had a spazz attack.
"Babe babe calm down your okay" Louis calmed me down and I relaxed instently.
"Where are we?" I was extremly confused
"About to get back to the hotel. We are sharing a room"
"Cool. Louis you know I can walk right?"
"I know but I like carrying you"He smiled his perfect smile. I started to doze off again when we got to the hotel and Louis opened the door and put me down on the couch before shutting the door and locking it for the night.
"You know this is the first time we really have been alone?" Louis grinned and I tried to sit up
"Ah crap" I said falling back down and Louis ran over to help me.
"Love? Whats wrong?!"
"My back just had an attack. I just need to sit up slowly" He helped me sit and the entire time I must've sounded like Niall because Louis chuckled
"Whaddare you laughing at Tommo?" I gave him the sass look
"Your languge is worse than Nialls! "
"Well you go through this pain then tell me I can't swear more than my brother"Louis looked in my eyes and looked upset
"Whats bugging you Lou?"
"Nothing I hate seeing you in pain"He leaned in and kissed me. It started out simple but grew more and more intense when the doorbell rang.
"Damn" Louis said pulling away and answering the door
"Whattt??" Louis whined
"I realized I never said goodnight to my sister... What were you two doing?"
"uhhh nothing?" Louis said with far too much question in his voice
"Tommo...."
"Ni I swear nothing serious!
"Betterr not be.." My back started having another spasum.
"NIALLL" I yelled with tears in my eyes. The pain was horrible. Niall and Louis came running.
"Lyss 1-10"
"t-ten" I choked out
"crap. Louis grab her phone. Now"
NIALLS POV
The doctor never told Alyssa the full effect of her back issues. Her spasums could even paralyze herand this one was bad.
"Louis grab her phone. Now" I yelled and he tossed me her iphone I dialed our dads number and thank fully he answered
"hello?"
"DAD?!"
"Niall? Whats wrong?"
"Lyss is having an attack and its bad"
"did she bring her shots?" I turned to alyssa and she said she did
"yeah she did"
"good. Inject it in her lower right back and fast and call me after"
"will do" I said hanging up. Great I had to give my little sister a shot..

I saw a beautiful girl walking towards me. i thought she was just gonna joke around and turn around.
I was wrong.
She sat down right next to me.
"Hi!" she said it with a lot of happiness it made me think She was faking.
"my name is maceigh."
"Hi. M-my name is Scott."
I tried not to do anything stupid. she was deffinatley cute. but me and my big mouth had to ask a stupid question of course.
"is this some kind of sick joke?"
What the Hell is wrong with me.
"What? oh no, i just wanted to talk to you. you seemed so lonley and i can't take that."
"well thanks for the concern." I smiled.
"You have a cute smile." she smiled back. she was just beautiful all around.
"Thank you haha. you do to."
"Haha thank you."
"You're welcome." i said, i didn't know what else to say. after what felt like 3 hours of silence, she finally asked a question.
"Where exactly are you from?"
"I used to live in Maine, then i moved to california when i was 8. Then this summer we moved here, to beautiful pennsylvania."
"So you've been all around haven't you? It's gotta be hard to be a new student. i wouldn't know i have lived in the same old boring house for the past 14 years." She frowned and then laughed, i loved her laugh, it fit her perfectly.
"Well it's not that hard when you have people like you."
"What do you mean?"
"People who aren't afraid to show that they care for the people around them. most people just pick on the new kid. it makes me feel like i will never fit in, like i am nothing to them, and i hate that feeling." she listened to me which barley anybody had done all day. i was gald to have someone to listen to me.
"Well i am always here to listen to you if you ever just need some one to talk to me here," She pulled out a sharpie and grabbed my hand. She wrote her phone number on it.
"What's this for?" i asked.
"Just incase you need to talk to someone, remember i am always here." She smiled again
The bell rang.
"Thanks again for this, uhh."
"Maceigh."
"Maceigh, thanks."
Mr. smooth is coming out haha? What's up next???
