i have faith in humanity.
horrible things happen. 9/11, school shootings, world wars, the holocaust, the bombings in Boston. and these horrible things are caused by evil people, or ignorant people, or stupid people, or people who are easily convinced and can't stand up for themselves. but i have faith in humanity. i have faith in humanity because an old man walked up to me when i was ten years old, twirling around in a long red dress, and he told me that i should dance like that even when i grow up because the sun shines out of my footsteps. i have faith in humanity because when i was twelve and my dad was getting sicker and sicker, my english teacher gave me hot chocolate when i showed up at school at seven o'clock, and a nurse in the hospital who i didn't even know kissed me on the cheek and told me that she didn't believe in god, but she was going to pray for us anyway. i have faith in humanity because when i was thirteen and my dad was dying, my friends threw me a surprise birthday party because i was too busy to have one. (my dad cried when he found out.) i have faith in humanity because when my dad got a lung transplant that saved his life, my social studies teacher offered me a place to stay as my whole family flew across the country to get him to the hospital, and when i visited the transplant unit, a boy my age touched my cheek and told me that he wished us all the best, really, and that he hoped i'd remember how to smile as my dad remembered how to breathe. i have faith in humanity because i am a human and i know that i'd rather feed the seagulls on the beach than hurt anyone. i have faith in humanity because my mum has raised me and my sister with the belief that you should never squash a bug when you can save it. i have faith in humanity because this is only some of the kindness i have seen in this world, in these people. kindness is real, love is real, hope is real, selflessness is real, gentleness is real.
i have faith in humanity, and you should, too.

A lot of you already knew I was planning on leaving Witty after Beautiful Disaster but I've decided to stop writing now on here. Leaving has been on my mind for a couple of months now. There are a couple of reasons for that, actually and I think that my readers should hear those reasons. Firstly, there have been various occasions that my story has been taken and said to be somebody else's even though it isn't. I understand you're going to get that if you write on internet and you can't change it but it is extremely easy to copy stories off Witty. Next, I've grown. I've been on Witty for around 2 years now and frankly, I'm just not interested anymore. I want to do something with my pieces and I know that won't happen if I just continue writing on Witty. Sure, I can try to do both but I want to be able to focus on one story at a time. Hopefully one day you'll see one of my stories on the shelves in a store. I don't have time for Witty anymore because it takes me a while to write then remind everyone. I'm in high school; I have assignments and tests that I have to prepare myself for.
To my very amazing&perfect&gorgeous&s//xual&loyal readers: Gah! I love you all so much & I owe you all the world. I have met so many amazing girls and guys on here who have helped me through a lot and for that I could never repay you. There are so many of you that I could name right now but the list would go on forever. You guys are the reason I just continued writing no matter what and I just... ah! I don't know how to express myself right now. I just love you all soooooooooooooooooooooooo f//cken much.
Currently, I'm texting one of my friends, soccerfreak99 and telling her I don't know what to say and that I'm just feeling like asdfghjkl emotions and she compared this to a speech when I graduate. She said, 'Wow if it's hard to say a goodbye speech than you can imagine how hard it'll be to write your farewell speech in year 12.' I am really struggling for words; I honestly don't know what to say. There are so many things I'm feeling right now but I just can't put those feelings in words. So, I'm sorry if none of this makes sense.
I am not stopping writing completely, I'll be writing just not on Witty. I'll be writing on Wattpad, the link for it is below & lots of people have asked me if I'll be posting any stories from Witty onto my Wattpad account. The answer is yes. I am in the process of editing I Met Him On Omegle and I should be posting it pretty soon :)
Despite the title (I didn't know what to put it as, ok! Ahaha), this isn't goodbye. I just won't be on as much but I'll still be on, so feel free to leave me a comment.
Once again, I want to say a huge thank you to all my amazing readers, you guys are so freaken amazing it is not even funny. Leave me a comment and I'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible or talk to me on Kik (down below vv) because I like being weird with other people c: I love you all so much and thank you for being so loyal and amazing.

some lyrics are so accurate i want to write them on my body and paint them on my walls and post them on every social networking site and scream them from the rooftops and get a t shirt with them on it and bathe in them and wow i just like nice lyrics

A list of Things to do when you’re bored
- type an essay and make every word a different font
- walk around the street and make dogs bark

- take your pillow out to eat

I found our picture
It had been pouring down rain and we just got done with a mud fight. You had cuts on your face and my makeup was smeared all over my face. It was probably the most imperfect photo of us, we looked horrible I admit, but its my favorite because I love the look of our flaws together. I love how we both look vulnerable. You wanted to take a picture though, that way when I missed you I could see it and remember we would always be friends, and so when I'am sad it would make me laugh. That was a year ago, and we are no longer friends. So then, while I was putting it away, it hit me that you dont miss me at all and that instead of bringing laughter it brought tears.

couldn't do it. I don't know why.

act of self-violence, as is living
up to the expectation of others or not listening to

I don't know how to say this. I have been thinking about it All day but nothing sounds right. I like you. Like really really like you. Everything you do makes me happy. You have discovered your effect on me, or at least I'm guessing you did since you know that I can't help but smile when your around. No matter what I'm upset about or what is happening in my life you find a way to make it better. You sit there and listen. The next time you hug me and make sure I'm alright. I love everything about you. When you suddenly showed up to school smelling amazing and were confused on who my friends and I were talking about when we were going on and on about it. I will never forget that look on your face that night I met you. We had texted each other for weeks before the conversations began to die down a few months earlier. When we did actually meet and we learned that we had been talking before your face just lit up. We became inseparable at every football game after that. I wish I had the courage to actually send this to you. I don't. I never will. Everyone asks if we are together and I want so badly to say yes but it will never happen. I'm caught in a daydream that will never happen.

I hate those days
Where nothing really goes wrong but you still feel like everything is falling apart. You're just angry at the world and at people. Then every little thing makes you break down and start crying and all you really want to do is curl up into a ball and sleep for 100 years or something.
