    A New Direction.
    Chapter 1
    Allie's POV
I rolled out of bed with the regular "Goodmorning babe" text from Luke. Rolling back over, I ripped off another page from my flip calendar. "March 18th 2016". Finally Friday. Tonight, Luke planned on taking me out to a nice dinner celebrating our Anniversary which had been Wednesday. I got dressed, ate breakfest, packed my books, and headed for school. I had practice to follow so I through my equipment in the trunk and climbed into my 2010 black Ford Escape. I pushed in my throwback CD: Take ME Home by One Direction. The memories flooded back. The concert that could have changed my life stinged in the back of my mind. It was quite a night, no doubt...

    Just... Something About Him
    Chapter One
"Oh My Gosh Ashy! Five more minutes til summer!" Kate shouted at me. "Yes, I am aware Kate." I said back. "So what are you planning on doing this summer before our last year of school?" Kate seemed eager to ask. "Well... Not for sure. What about you?" I replied. "Oh you know, chilling and going to New York for a few weeks." she said excitedly. "Look everyone! Ten Seconds! Count down with me!" a girl in our class said. I heard the crowd of students count down. Five, four, three, two, one, and away they go. I went home and decided what I was going to do this summer. A light bulb went off. I sketched for a while and made a picture of my plan. My new look before my senior year. I filled it in and put it on my mirror. I took a good look at myself and said,
"Goodbye old me... forever. Things are going to change around here."

But I Swear, I Thought You Were Perfect
    Chapter 1~ Drake
You know when you first meet someone, and you kind of like them, but they aren't that special to you yet, but you know they will be? That's my story with Drake. He's the closest thing I have to a best friend, and the only person I trust enough to know most of the
things about me. He's not perfect, far far from it, but to me, he's
all I could want in a best friend. Yes, he's 'different', and a 'freak',
and 'weird', but that's just what makes him great. He's always been there for me, always. No matter how many times I mess something up, there he is, right beside me. He's the kind of guy who'll stay up
all night just so you can cry with him, the kind of guy that'll beat up someone who hurt you.
He's got that 'tough guy' kinda personality. He's about 5 feet and 9 inches tall, skinny, and he's got these amazing blue eyes. They're like the grey colour of the sky when it rains, if you mixed it with a blue so dark it's almost black. His hair is dyed black, and the tips are dark
blue too. The only colours I've ever seen him wear are black, blue,
and purple, and people call him 'goth'. But who cares what other people think of you, especially when you've got at least one special person who knows who you really are.
Just like everybody, Drake has a story. He's a lot deeper than most people would give him credit for, not like they'd give him a chance anyway. He doesn't care though, he says he's happy we met so we
    can be outcasts together.
Made it longer this time, as the story continues,
it'll be done mostly from Charlotte's point of
view. It'll be easier to follow than multiple
    people's versions of what happened.

    Unexpected Love
    Chapter 1
School. One word that defines all future. Grades define college, college defines career, career defines money, money defines limits.
I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock beeping that annoying beep it does on a Monday morning at the beginning of the school year. The sound that determines whether you will have a good day or a bad day depending on how deep of sleep you were in.
I get up and slowly get ready for school, slowly tie my Converse All-Stars and then flare my jeans back out. I put on my favorite Harley Davidson tshirt and quickly brushed my out-of-this-world hair. My mom was already ready and out in the car, she was going to leave with or without me at 6:30. I glanced at my phone, 6:25. I hurried and grabbed a notebook and my over-the-shoulder bag. I shut the door to the house and jumped in the car at 6:29. Mom gave me a look and started the car. I cranked up a country station and we started to my school.
First day of Freshman year. I was kind of nervous.. I don't usually get this way, but instead of worring too much I just pulled my sleeves over my hands and focused on the music.
For the past couple of months, music is all that has made sense.
We pulled up to the door, I was the first one here, like always.. Since my mom works three hours away, she drops me off before I'm really supposed to be here. I walk in and get my homeroom slip. Gym, great. Then I walk to the Commons area.
Being the first one here is difficult. You don't know where to sit. And being a Freshman doesn't help. I've been in this building several times before, the middle school is next door but the cafeteria is over here so this is where we ate. But I've never sat over here in the mornings. I have no idea where to sit.. And I'm the only one here..
    I glance around. Now what?
I tentively sit in the back of the left side at the end of one of the long lunch tables we have. I sit there for about 30 minutes before anybody else even shows up.
And the first person to show up, just had to be him.
One of the coolest, smartest, hottest, most popular, sporty, cowboyish guy in our school. A junior. He had to walk in. He got his slip, and then, instead of worring about where to sit like I did, just walked nonchaleantly and sat down next to me.
I had met him once personally at an honor band audition.. one where he watched me walk out crying. But I had never really talked to him since. But he sat down next to me. Did I sit in his group's normal spot? Or is he mocking me? Or what? This isn't normal..
He smiles at me and then glances down at his boots. His jeans are a little muddy, but I know he works.
"How are you doin'?" he asks nicely, in his sweet southern accent. Down here in Tennessee we all have it. It's sweet like molasses.
I take in a quick breath and smile a little, "Pretty good, not lookin' foward to school really... You?"
"Good, good.. tired from workin' so much.. It's been.. a long summer," he says.
"Yeah," I agree, "it has.. but I kind of wish it wasn't over yet.." Truth was, I just wanted to sleep, not so much into the whole, not see friends for 3 months thing...
    "Me either..." he admits.
By now more people had shown up, his friends were probably here. He glanced up at some of his football or baseball buddies and he nodded at them. He smiled at me real quick and said,
"Well, I guess I'll see you round then, you're in band too right?"
    I nodded.
"Cool, guess I'll see you later then," he smiled again.
"Guess so," I said, looking toward my friend Jade who had just walked in.
    "Wait, you're Emery right?"
"Yeah," I laughed, "and you're Jake?"
He half smiled, "Yeah, well I guess I'll go, see ya."
Jade came over to me. She's my best friend, crazy and all.
"So. You were talkin' to Jaaakkkkeee?" she stretched his name to full potential.
"Looks like it," I laughed at her.
    "Ohh really?" she said sarcastically.
"Yeah..." I replied in the same tone.
"Well then, are ya'll "talkin' " ?" she put quotes around talking.
"No, we're just band friends.. just friends."
"Band geek buddies.. really? He's way too hot for band."
"Thanks," I said sarcastically, "love you too... but yeah, I know."
But really, I was as confused as ever. I had no idea what just happened.. I had no idea what was to come.
So Witty.. This is my 400th quote. You've been there for me in my ups and downs, thanks for that. Love you guys.

    21 Days of Nothing
    Chapter one
It was a cold, dark, dreary night. September 21st, the day I turned 15. As I walked through my front door and ran up the stairs I realized something was wrong. The lights were on but the house was empty, no one was home. I remember my mom and dad saying something about bringing my 7 year old little brother, Tyler, to the park. So I picked up the phone and called my boyfriend, Todd. The phone rang twice but the call was interrupted by my best friend, Kayla, who just so happens to live next store. She didn’t say anything but frantically hung up. So I ran across the street to her house to find myself standing in front of a site that will never be erased from my mind. I remember her falling back instantly gasping for air. I ran for the phone and called 9-1-1. They got there within 5 minutes and I was crying hysterically. I didn’t know what had happened and I didn’t know what to do. I watched as the oxygen mask was placed over her mouth and nose. I was sitting in the back of the ambulance with her when she woke up. She was so confused. I asked her what had happen and she had no idea. So I tried explaining everything to her, but she thought I was making it up. When we got to the hospital she was rushed up to a room. She was going insane. I stepped outside for a minute and decided to go call Todd. So I found the nearest payphone and dialed his number. It rang twice again and he picked up.
“Hurry up to the hospital, now!” I said.
“Baby, calm down. What’s wrong?” He asked, trying to stay calm himself.
    “It’s Kayla. Please just hurry!”
“Okay, okay, okay. I’ll be there in ten minutes.”
With that said, I went back into the waiting room and waited for him. He definitely kept up to his word; he was there in ten minutes. As soon as he saw me he came rushing over to me. I started bawling and he wrapped me into his arms. After a few minutes, I calmed down, and we went to Kayla’s room. I started bawling again and was asked to leave. I looked at the clock and I realized that it was 7:45pm and I had to be home by 8:00pm. So Todd and I started running to my house, but then I fell. After I fell I felt something warm trickle down my face- blood. I tried to get up but fell back down. After that, I must’ve blacked out because I woke up in a hospital bed, next to Kayla. My brother, my parents, her parents, and Todd were all in the bedroom. My brother and Todd stayed with us all night long, but our parents went home. We were both released on September 24th but had to spend a week in bed. Kayla stayed at my house so it was easier to be taken care of, because her and my parents were going to be out of town. The next day Todd came over, to help take care of us. He knelt down beside my bed and gave me a rose.
“I’ll give you a rose everyday to show my affection towards you and that I’ll always be with you and love you. “ He said.
I was speechless but I managed to say, “Awe that’s very sweet. Thank you. I love you and will always be there for you too.”
He then kissed me and went down stairs to help Tyler make breakfast. Once they came back up, I asked Todd to go and get me the blue vase from our grandmother; my favourite. He got it, I put the rose in it, and he placed it on my dresser where I could see it every time I looked up. He was so sweet, I’m so lucky that I have a boyfriend like that.
After breakfast we played board games, watched Disney movies, and did crafts. Time flew by because it was starting to get late so Todd put Tyler to bed and then came back into the bedroom, kissed me goodnight and went downstairs. He didn’t want to make Kayla feel unwanted or anything so he didn’t stay with me; plus I was only 15 and he 16.

If you could see me now
    chapter 1
He knelt down and pulled out a ring, asking me to marry him. I said yes, obviously. We left the restaurant then, and went to Marci's to pick up Tara. Evan went into Marci's house and came out with Tara in his arms. She was sleeping when he placed her in the car seat. As we were driving home and I played with the ring on my finger, I realized that this was the first time my life had been perfect in years. Everything was finally falling into place. I opened my mouth to tell Evan this, but then a car horn sounded, followed by screeching tyres and everything went into slow motion.
That was the last time my life would ever be perfect again.
As usual, I woke up screaming. "Just a dream," I whispered. "You're okay."
But I knew that it wasn't a dream, that it wasn't okay. Because that was my reality.
I looked over at the clock on my locker. It was six in the morning. It would be pointless to even try to go back asleep now. Even if I tried, I wouln't be able to. I got up and got dressed. I scraped my blond hair back into a tight ponytail. When I went downstairs to get breakfast, I realized that I had no food, so decided I go buy some.
As I was walking to the shop, I got sidetracked. I was passing by the park that I used to go to with Evan and Tara. I went in. It was practically empty, except for a few people who I took no notice of. I went to a large oak tree where we used to have picnics. It didn't feel right. It felt like part of the tree was missing. I knew what was wrong.
I lay against the trunk and drifted off into sleep. My nightmares didn't stay away though. But, throughout all of it, I kept hearing "Are you okay? Are you okay?" I opened my eyes and screamed and closed my eyes again when I saw the face inches from mine.
"Hey, sorry," the person said. From their voice, I could tell it was a man. I opened my eyes one at a time and saw that it was a handsome man, with sandy-coloured hair and green eyes. He smiled at me, revealing a set of perfect white teeth.
"You were screaming," he said. "And you're crying."
"I know," I muttered. "Just a bad dream."
"It's okay, it's not real," he said sympathetically.
I grunted. If only, I thought. "Sure."
"My name's Conor," he said, putting out his hand for me to shake. "What's yours?"
I ignored it it. "Jodie," I told him.
"Nice name," he commented, pulling his hand back.
"Mmm. Well, I better go. See you," I said, standing up.
"Hey, can I have your number?" he asked, grinning at me.
I wanted to scream at him, or cry, or hit him. "No." I walked away with my fists clenched.
I heard him call after me, but ignored him.
When I was walking down the street, I started thinking. Evan was gone. So was Tara. What else did I really have to live for? I found myself at the bridge over the river. It was a long drop, the water would be freezing with the winter cold. A person could only be strong for so long. At some stage, they will collapse - unless they had someone to help them through the pain, which I didn't. I could die now, and nobody would care.
    Brilliant, I thought, grinning slightly.

    Dare...
    Chapter 1
"Oh. My. Gosh!" My best friend, Trish exclaimed. "What!" I yelled totally freaked out. "I just remembered we still haven't bought our dresses!"
Of course. It was just like Trish to worry about something, that was moths away! "Of course not!" I told her. "We're not going on a Prom shopping spree until Friday. Remember?" She looked really sorry. "Oh no," I said. That was her 'Oops. I kinda made other plans.' look. "What is it this time?" I asked her. "I have to show some 9th graders around the school. Sorry." Since she totally looked sorry, and looked like she meant it I let it slide. "Ok. Saturday."
After that we talked about what we wanted our dresses to look like. I want mine to be a beautiful sapphire and black dress that fits my silhouette perfectly. I want the elastic part under my waist. Call me weird, I don't care.
Trish of course, wants a pink cocktail-ish dress. Like how it looks but a little bit longer. She also lines vintage dresses so who knows which she'll pick.
Her shoes will be Pink Suedes. I want mine to be Bordello women's Rosa 02 black satin. Yea I know long name. Trish and I call them BS for Black Satin.
After that Trish had to go to work. We said goodbye, and she left.
Trish has long beautiful brown hair, that's naturally straight. She has 100% natural blonde highlights. The kinda that look beautiful under any light. She also has beautiful green eyes. It's not like a light green it's a deep dark green. If you look at them in the sun light then they look beautifully lit. She's about 5 foot 6. She wears beautiful clothes, that she makes herself! She got a sewing machine when she was 10, and has been making her clothes since.
Trish and I are kinda like opposites though. Well, with a few exceptions of course. We both have the same color of hair, only I don't have blonde streaks. We both like reading, we both have the same favorite color, (green, blue) favorite animals, (dogs, cats, horses) we go to the same school, we work at the same place, but with different shifts. and we both have to have our nails a certain way.
I mainly wear dark colors, and skulls. All my jeans have rips and holes and I own 5 skater shoes, mostly from Etnies. I also have about 10 different types of boots. 3 are combat, 3 are ones a model might wear, if they didn't have skulls and chains wrapped all around them. The rest, well I don't really know.
"Maria!" My mother yelled from downstairs. "What mom!" I yelled back down to her. "Dinner!" Sigh. Dinner was and always is the worst. Well if mom makes it. I walked down the tile hall, my boots clucking with every step. Then down the 20 carpeted stairs and down get another tiled hall, and into the spacious dinning room. We have a really big house.
"What's for dinner?" I asked my mom skeptically. My mom laughed. She knows how bad her food is. "Nuggets," Mom said with a smile. "From the oven?" I asked. "YES! But I didn't burn them this time. I think..." "MOM!" "Just kidding!"
My dad left when I was about 10 years old. He had bought this house, because I'm his little princess no matter what age. Ugh! He makes me sick sometimes.
"These are really good nuggets," I said eyeing my mom. She had news. She only made good food with a price. "What! A mom can't make her child good food?!" She exclaimed.
"A mom can make good food for her child, but we both know what's really going on." "O.k! You caught me red handed!" My mom laughed. It was one of our many inside jokes. "So what is it this time?" "Well I haven't been on a date in a while," My mom said waiting for me to put the rest together.
"You're going on... on a DATE?" I exclaimed, disgusted. "Oh! It's not that gross!" "Yeah it is!" "How?" "I don't know, but it is!" My mom rolled her eyes. "You can go on a date, but I can't? Mom asked. "Not until I meet him." I said smugly.

My name is Melissa Evans. I am not a really popular girl at my school, but I have my
friends and my expieriences, for example, the guy who left me heartbroken, David, but
lets forget him, and begin my wonderful story...
It was a typical Friday night, I was locked at my bedroom drenched in my pain again,
just like everyday of my life, crying was like my hobby. To forget the pain I turned on
my computer looking for hope, it was always the same, every effort I put to try
not remembering him but is useless. I went to omegle and typed in the interest
box slowly "heartbroken", internet took less than a second to find someone to chat
with, I guess I am not the only one who has been betrayed. And suddenly
just a simple "Hey :]" made me smile, his name was David and he lived
in New York just like me, his name gave me bad memories but his words
    made me fell in love, and this was our chat;
    David: Hey :] Are u m or f?
    Me: Hello... I am f
David: Cool! My name is David, urs?
    Me: I am Melissa.
    David: Are you okay?
    Me: Just love :(
David: Oh, I am really sorry! Whoever made you feel like this doesn't
deserve a beautiful and stunning girl like you.
For a moment a stop breathing and typing, he treated me like a real princess,
and he was the real man, I felt it really deep inside me, one part of my
negative, dark mind was full of hope and love. I didn't know what
to type but I continued, I knew I could not let him out this time.
Me: Thanks so much c: You made my day!
David: No problem... So where do u live sweetie?
Me: In New York and you?
David: Really!? I also live in NY, we are tweens lol
    Me: Hahaha I guess :)
David: I gotta go, if you want to contact me tomorrow
put in the interests this: DavidandMelissaPrivateChat111.
Btw you are really a good person, 2morrow at 5:00pm remember!

When he left I felt happy, in love and sad at the same time, it was like a
mixture of feeling in my head, I can't wait for tomorrow, I feel I need
him every single second that passes in this cruel life...

    Chapter 1
When I was eight years old, I met a boy named Todd.
Now at this point, you're either thinking one of two things; who names their kid Todd?
Or, is this going to be one of those dumb stories about a boy and a girl?
Well, to answer both of your questions, I don't know.
Unlike other stories, mine is still being written.
The whole point of ending a story is having a deciding ending, and nothing in life is decided except for death,
so maybe that'll be where my story ends.
But where will our story end?
    I don't know.
Honestly. I'd like to say it'll go on for forever and ever, and maybe it will,
    but nobody can say that.
However, I can tell you where our story started.
So, like I was saying, when I was eight years old, I met a boy named Todd.
    He was... interesting.
Like every other ten year old boy, he thought that girls were disgusting and that eight year olds were annoying.
He also thought that the moon was made up of cheese,
but we don't have to talk about that part.
Todd was one of those kids who had this entire planet in his head that revolved around him
    but didn't include him.
He was always stuck in this blurr of a life that absolutely refused to let him catch up.
    Todd was my neighbour.
I'd just moved in from Florida, and our parents made us meet each other.
Of course, he didn't like me, because I was a girl, and I was younger than him- I was outside his comfort zone.
So our parents made us meet and we hated hated each other and then we went home.
Except that, that night I went exploring in the woods behind my house
which also happened to be behind his house too.

    Em's P.O.V
Ok. Let's start from the beginning. My name's Em. Not Emily. Just Em. I'm 17; I have layered brown hair that’s been streaked with a million different colours. With piercing green eyes and a constant style of skinny jeans or shorts, T shirts and Converse, I'm not your definition of beautiful, but I get by.
I've known my best friends, Dylan and Adam, since we were five. We've lived on the same street as long as I can remember and that's the way we like it. The two of them really couldn’t be more different but the three of us are really close. Always have been; always will be.
Dylan is your average jock. He has straight blond hair, sky blue eyes and is well built. He is a player, a heartbreaker and everyone knows it. Adam on the other hand is music obsessed. He is an amazing guitarist and the best DJ you'll ever come across. He has curly chocolate brown hair and golden eyes. He is quieter though, and for some unknown reason, doesn't date.
I have a stress parent, awesome friends, too much schoolwork and no privacy.
But my life is just beginning.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hey everyone! So this is the first chapter, yes I know, it’s short and boring. I promise that as the story goes on, it gets longer, and there’s much more drama! I would love to know what you think, so just leave a comment, and let me know if you want to be notified!! xo

    In Love with You
    Chapter 1
I had grown tired of living in this fairytale- like story, which was when I discovered that I could see the world outside of the pages I lived in. I was tired of being encased in pages of pressed letters that together created my life, if you could even call it a life. This book- my home - spent years stacked on a dusty bookshelf until the day she picked it up.
Only once ever before, in the library which had become my permanent homr had anyone else picked the book up. Snobbishly commenting before putting it back down, "Nathaniel was tired of following the rules in his kingdom...blah blah blah, how boring. Like seriously, who would read this crap?" Crap? Well isn't that rude. I wouldn't someone like her reading my story anyway.
It had been quite a while since that though. I was sitting under a sycamore tree, gazing at the puffy white clouds that filled the blue sky, when I felt a sudden movement. The book was being lifted. Intrigued, I sat intently listening. "This seems like an interesting story. Love and adventure." Someone sighed. "If only real life could be like life described in books." She sighed again.
"Is that all?" The cashier asked.
    "Yeah."The girl said.
"Wait, are you really going to buy this book? You know they say that it's the only copy of it. And that it was written a pretty long time ago, by some mysterious old woman. From the stories I've been told it was written with magical ink." He said skeptically.
"Guess that just makes it more interesting."She said sweetly, ignoring the cashier.
"Since that book is of no value to the store you can have it free." He said.
"Er thanks." She said as I heard walking away with the book in her hands.

    Angels Hide Demons
    Chapter 1
    "Rowan, your friends are here!"
    "Coming, mom!"
I slipped on my denim-colored sneakers and raced to the front door, where Liberty and Scarlett were waiting with smiles on their faces. Today was Saturday, and also our monthly sleepover. This month, February, it was at my house.
I ushered my friends up to my room to put their bags down, and then we went to our huge multi-purpose room, which had a couch, a few board games, and a huge TV. It was really only used for the sleepovers and other parties. As we rolled out our sleeping bags, I listened to Scarlett's long, agitated rant about some girl in her English class.
"And then she snatched the pencil right out of my hand and gave it to Jake for me! If she gets in the way of our relationship-"
"Scarlett," Liberty cut in, "what relationship are you talking about? You're lucky if Jake even knows your name." We knew about her huge crush on Jake, who was on the basketball team, but I had no idea who this mystery girl was. So, against my better judgement, I asked. This cued a second rant.
"Alaia Garner. She can have any guy she wants, and she has to go for Jake?!"
"Jeez, Scarlett, all she did was give him a pencil." Liberty had always been the sensible one. Scarlett... not so much.
"Maybe you're right. But what if she tries something else? Something like... writing him love letters, or taping her photo to his locker? What if she likes him, too?"
"That's not going to happen. You're definitely overreacting." This time, the words of wisdom came out of my mouth. And Liberty agreed. Although, I was slighty worried. Not about Jake, but about Alaia.
"Can we maybe talk about something else?" I offered. "You guys like Uno, right?" I grabbed the small box of the bookshelf and dumped out the cards. Thankfully, it was enough to end the conversation.

    Don't Leave.
    Chapter 1.
    Kayden’s POV
I I gathered the little stuff I had, which was basically just the duffel bag that I had brought here. Before I left the room, I took one last glance at Avi. He was still sleeping in the bed that we had shared tonight, he was snoring softly, and all I could think was, he’s perfect. But I couldn’t keep looking, or else I would forget the reason I’m leaving in the first place.
I walked over to the bed, and peered at him. I pecked his lips softly, lightly so he wouldn’t wake up. They were soft and silky and… I wish I could feel them more. But I can’t. I sighed softly, kissing his forehead and brushing his hair behind his ear before turning on my heel to leave. God, I hope he finds the note I left for him.
I slung my duffel bag over my shoulder and… borrowed… a few snacks from the kitchen. I hope Em understands.
    -
I knocked on the door lightly at first, but then harder. I couldn’t be scared. I’m stronger than her.
She opened the door, scratching her back and yawning, looking sort of sick. Too early to get up, after a long night of drinking and she probably has a hangover. Her eyes widen and eyebrows furrow when she sees me.
“What the hell are you doing here?” she said, obviously still in shock.
I look down at my sneakers. “I… I need to ask you some things. And you’re the only person I can ask,” I pause, looking back up at her. She doesn’t look like she is particularly enthusiastic about the idea. “If you provide me answers, then I’ll never bother you again. I promise.”
She mumbles under her breathe and grudgingly lets me in. “Fine, brat. But you have five minutes. I was… busy.”
    Yeah. Busy, sleeping.
We sat down in oppisite chairs in the living room that I’ve seen my whole life but almost never sit in because it’s always been scary down here. My room was sort of a safe spot, though it’s not always safe. Nevertheless, I started talking, knowing I only had a bit of time.
“Well, so, my dad. He said he went to New York City. And he’s a Playwrite.” I said carefully.
He face scrunched up at the mention of her ex husband. “Why do you want to hear about him?”
    “I need to find him.”
With this statement, her expression and overally aura changed from annoyance and confusion to anger. I shrunk back in my seat.
“Why are you such an idiot, Kayden?! He didn’t just leave me, he left you, he left you too! He doesn’t care about you so give it up, idiot. I’m ashamed of having such a dumb_ss related to me.”
Tears stung at the corner of my eyes. I tried to keep my voice study. “He did care. He cared about me. Give me his name. His full name.”
“Stop being such an idiot!” She snarled.
“No, I quite like being an idiot, thank you very much! Now what. Is. My. Father’s. Name?!” I shouted, standing up.
“Mark! Mark, okay? Mark Edwards. Go find him for all I care. I hope he’s dead! I really do!” she shouted, with some kind of crazy, twisted glee.
I shook my head, twisting the doornob, getting out of the place that I’ll never go again.

    Just The Way You Are
    chapter one
    ✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯
    Annika's P.O.V.
"Do you ever wonder what it would actually feel like to die?" Niall whispered as we sat down at lunch. We were both rather quiet people, only having each other durning lunch. I sighed, it was another question he asked too often.
"Depends how you die," I mumbled, staring at the food on my tray. I hasn't decided if I was actually going to eat or not. I mean if I ate it, I would just go to the bathroom and make myself throw up. If i didn't eat it, Niall would be suspicious, he wouldn't have anything to be suspicious about. I would just tell him I'm not hungry, but that excuse could only be used once or twice a week.
    "Well-"
"Don't you dare ask how I want to die. You know that I'd just like to," I snapped before Niall could finish his sentence, I was sick of the question, it wasn't worth answering more then once a life time, especially when your trying to shorten the lifetime. Niall just shook his head, pointing to my tray. "I'm not hungry," I whispered pushing the food away.
"You said that yesterday," He mumbled, pushing the tray back towards me. "Now eat," He picked the plastic fork up off the tray and pressed it into my hand. I rolled my eyes, picking up the small pieces off pasta and slowly, reluctantly eating them. Niall suddenly moved over, taking my arm in his warm hands, his eyes wandering up and down the broken skin.
"I'm not eating until you stop obsessing over my wrist," I muttered pulling my arm around from him. He nodded slightly as I pulled my shirt sleeve back down.
"Sorry," He mumbled, pulling me into his chest, and kissing my cheek. "Will you please stop?" I shrug my shoulders, ducking out from his long arm.
"I can't just promise that to people," I muttered, picking up my tray and going to dump the food. "I'm going to the bathroom, then I'll be back," Niall just nodded, turning back to where back towards the table. I calmly walked down the hallway, locking myself in the handicapped bathroom and forcing myself to throw up, placing a piece of gum in my mouth and then just as quietly leaving the bathroom. "Back," I faked a small smile, sitting down on the other side of the table. Niall nodded slightly, staring blankly at his tray. "When do you leave?"
"Right after graduation," He muttered, he was leaving in a month.
"I don't know what I'm gonna do without you," I mumbled, afraid to meet his eyes.
"Maybe tell Ash, or Bella," He whispered getting up, picking his tray up as well, "I'll be right back."
I slumped down in my seat a little, waiting for Niall to come back. I sighed, catching Bella's sister out of the corner of my eye. She smiled brightly, walking over and sitting down next to me. We talked quickly before Niall came back, Julia standing up and quickly wrapping her arms around my shoulders in a slightly awakward hug.
"You do realize he's in love with you," Her soft voice spoke quickly before she disapeared somewhere else in the cafe.

    Chpter 1
    next chapter previer-
he showed up with a big bruise on his arm and his face..
    Guess who?
"Sutton, those guys are checking you out." Well at least I think thats what my bestfriend Dustee just said. We're out our schools final basketball games so it's pretty hard to hear over all ofthe cheering. Plus we're cheerleaders so we shouldn't be paying attention to that anyway!
    "What, Dustee?"
"I said those guys were looking at you!" She says pointing to a big group of 4 guys. One of them is looking at her. But they always are. How could they not? She's a size one, perfect beach blonde hair, beautiful smile. Totally different from my size 3 and straight brown hair.
"They're looking at you too!" I say too her, but she already knows that.
When half time comes, we do the usual and go get suckers and a lemonade. The boys walk up to us.
"What are your names?" says the boy in a blue nike sweatshirt, obviously looking at Dustee.
"I'm Dustee," she says,"and this is Sutton." she says pointing to me.
"aaannddd... your names are?" I ask them, looking at the boy in the khaki shorts and red vans on.
"I'm Taylor." says the one in the blue nike sweashirt.
"Colby." says the one with dark curly hair.
"Kameron." says the one with the i heart boobies bracelet on.
"Hollis." Says the one in the red vans.
I keep looking at him but the buzzer goes off for the game to start again before I can say anything to him.
When the game is over we meet back up with the guys.
"There's a party at my friend Deannas house. You guys want to come?" Dustee asks them.
I don't really want to go to the party. I never do. But, as always, she makes me go. But it's better than being home.
My mom is and alchoholic. She's a total b.. itch.
I get my iphone and text my older brother Toby that I might come to his house tonight after the party. He's 19, still in highschool, but he lives with his friend Jake.
We all walk to Deannas house because there's not enough room for us in one car.
When we get there there's already about 10 people who are drunk and high. I hate drinking and smoking. I dont want to be like my mom.
When we get there I go sit on Deannas back patio. I don't want to deal with everybody tonight. I can hear the music pretty good out here. It's not too bad. It's all country music though, but it doesn't matter.
"What are you doing out here?" I look up to see Colby standing there. The boy with dark curly hair. Not the one I had my eye on, but whatever! He's still attractive.
    "I don't drink." I Say too him.
"Me either." he says handing me a bottle of water.
"So why don't you drink?" He asks me.
"I don't drink because my moms an alchoholic. I don't want to walk around treating other people how she treats me. Why don't you drink."
"I go through the same thing, except with my dad. He's a total douchenozzle sometimes."
All in all, the night wasn't too bad.

    It Started With A Kiss
    Chapter 1
    Carly's POV
I paced back and forth in the bathroom, begging to myself it would be negative. It has been a month since I slept with Carson. I wasn't upset or mad about it;It was something I didn't see coming.
2 minutes seemed to be extremley long, especially when those 2 minutes told you what your future would turn out to be. I just hoped and hoped it wouldn't be positive. I mean, I was only 16, I can't even think about what my life would turn into if I had a baby. I doubt Carson would even want to have a part in their life.
I looked at the counter that had the test on it;taking a big breath I looked at it.
    Positive....
After seeing that I was gasping for air. I couldn't breath. My back slid down the closed door, as my head fell into my hands. Tears now streaming down my face. I couldn't bare to even think about it. What would Carson say?
What would Alex, my older brother say, after finding out my boyfriend got me knocked up. I was starting to hyperventalate. Maybe the test was wrong. That's it, the test was wrong. I was hoping it was wrong. Having a baby was not on my list of what to do as a 16 year old girl.
I couldn't think about the thought....
.....That I was having a baby.

    Love Lies
    Chapter 1
"Bridgette," Grace started cautiously as they entered the large building. She stared at the ugly brown tiles, focusing on the quick little snapping noise her pink flats made as they hit the stone. "I have to ask you something, and you can't get mad at me." This would either go really well, or really bad. Bridgette would either completely flip and start screaming, or laugh it all off. She was so unpredictable sometimes. "Okay?" Bridgette asked, wondering what Grace was up to. "Nick's been gone from 3 months. How have you dealt with that? We both know you don't do so well with long distance relationships. Remember Ben?" she asked. Ben was a jock, star hockey player, but kind of a jerk, and definitely stupid. He was attractive though, all the girls melted over him. He had hooked up with Bridgette a few times over the summer, and eventually they made it official. After 2 weeks of Ben travelling with the team, Bridgette got bored and hooked up with the swim team. Ben came home and found out, and that was the end of that. Most guys didn't care that Bridgette hooked up with other guys, though, because if you were dating her you got the most action, and usually the best, too. "I've had a few friends keep me busy, nothing major. I haven't gotten any action since Nick left, it's killing me," Bridgette whined. Grace thought about how obnoxious Bridgette was, she wondered why she hung out with someone like her. Then she remembered 7th grade. She had spent most of the year being teased about her glasses and how she always read. The summer before 8th grade she got contacts, and only read on her phone so it looked like texts. She started using make up and working out, and now she had a killer body. The only thing she needed was to be noticed, and what better way to be noticed than to hang with the school s//ut? "What do you mean keep you busy then?" Grace questioned her. "Mmmm, the usual foreplay. We'll listen to music, and I'll walk over and-" Bridgette started to explain. "ENOUGH!" Grace cut her off. "I don't need a play by play, Bridge. C'mon, I want to get to P.E. early, Josh Haffet just got transferred to our class," she finished by changing the subject to Josh. He was even more perfect than Nick. Bridgette would never admit it, but Grace knew she liked Josh. He may be the one boy she wouldn't cheat on. Josh and Nick were best friends, and Grace knew she was only using Nick to get to Josh. Nick was sweet, he would be so heartbroken when Bridgette finally got Josh. It wasn't an if, Bridgette always got the boy she wanted. After all, if your legs are the doorway to Narnia you do have an advantage over most of the male population.
Author's Note: Chapter 1. If you haven't read the prologue you should. It explains a little bit more about what kind of people Bridgette and Nick are. Grace is still sort of unknown I guess? An extra.
Alll Time Note: Okay, hi. I guess I'm trying something new here. I haven't seen a story like what I'm planning on making happen in this one yet on Witty, but I've seen better ones. Read please I guess? I just want feedback. Even if you only read a chapter, and tell me it sucks and my grammar sucks and I need better word choice. I don't care. I want feedback. Follow if you like it, I guess. I'll do notifs if anyone actually wants to read this.... :/ (My bio explains my feelings on my writing if it isn't obvious enough)

    Dreams Don't Always Come True.
    Chapter 1
"Callie, wake up, breakfast is ready!" My mom yells up to my room. " Okay!"
I say as I check my phone. Just like every morning there's a "Good morning"
text from my amazing boyfriend, Shane. I get up and get ready for school
then head down stairs for breakfast. Mom made bacon and eggs. She
knows I'm a vegetarian ,but it's what my dad wanted. So I grab a bowl and
fill it with milk and my favorite cereal, Lucky Charms. I slip my shoes on,
get my backpack and head to pick up Brooke and Victoria, my best friends.
We head to school. When we get there I see Shane standing with Daniel. It's
a bit awkward because he's my ex and Shane's best friend but we talked to
him before we started dating. I run up to him and he picks me up and spins
me around. Although its only been 10 hours since we saw each other it feels
like forever. As he places me back on the ground I feel his soft lips press
against mine. "Aww." I hear Brooke and Victoria say as they always do.
Daniel tells Shane he's gotta get to class and walks away, which he also does
everyday." Wanna go to a movie tonight?" Shane askes me. "Of course." I
reply looking into his beautiful, hazel eyes. The bell rings and Victoria and
Brooke head to thier class while Shane walks me to mine. He is perfect. I
kiss him one more time and say "See you at lunch." He replies with "Ok,
love you, princess." After first and second period I am eager to head to
lunch. The 5 of us sit down. Me between Victoria and Shane, Daniel beside
Shane and Brooke beside Victoria. When lunch is over the rest of the day
seems like it's taking forever. Finally he arrives at my house. 7 o'clock sharp
just like he said. I rush to the door so my dad doesn't get there first. We
head out the door, behind me I hear my dad shout "Have her back by 11." He
tells him that everytime and Shane always has the same reply: "Yes, sir."
I'm so happy he's all mine...

    Chapter 1
    Hayley
"Glad to see you finally decided to join us, Miss Threadgold," my English teacher, Mr. West, said as I walked casually into the classroom....twenty minutes late. I hadn't been to school in about two weeks. I'd been.....sick. Oh, who am I kidding? I was at Ronnie's getting drunk, as usual.
"Thank you, John," I said, smiling up at him. "Did you miss me?"
Mr West glared at me and a few of the people in the class snickered - he wasn't the right teacher to mess with. Like I cared.
"Not really," he spat. "Take your seat."
"I'm hurt," I said, smirking. He rolled his eyes. I went to the back of the class and took my assigned seat next to Neil Martin. Ew. I hated him. He was a goody-two-shoes and I could just tell he hated me too - not that I'd ever actually talked to him. I didn't need to talk to him. I knew we would never get along.
"As I was saying," Mr. West continued on from where I had interrupted.
I rolled my eyes and sat back, taking out my phone. Three messages from Ronnie, my best friend. Well, my only friend. She was like me, but that wasn't too good. We argued lots, but I could count on her to have my back. She lived two hours away, though. I replied to her text.
Neil Martin nudged me. "Ew. What do you want?" I spat - it came out a little louder than I intended it to, but who cared what he thought? Or anyone else in the school for that matter.
He nodded towards the top of the class, where Mr. West was glaring at me. He made his way down to my table. "Phone," he said, putting his hand out.
I laughed. "John, do you really need to take my phone? Can't you afford your own? Go buy a cool one, you won't want mine - it's a crappy little thing," I said, stuffing my phone up my sleeve.
Ten minutes later, I was sitting outside the principal - Mr. Long's - office for "disturbing class." All I was doing was talking to Mr. West. How is that disturbing everyone else? Assh.le
A boy with black spiky hair and no school uniform stormed out of the office. I knew him - everyone did. He was the male version of me. James Dillon. Man, that boy sure was good looking.
"Hey there, Hayley," he said, winking at me. "What are you doing here?"
I held up the little slip of paper that Mr. West had given me. "Disturbing the class," I said, rolling my eyes. "How about you?"
"I haven't worn my uniform in three months. I think Mr. Long is started to get p..sed off," he said, smiling crookedly.
"Ah, Hayley," Mr. Long said from the door of his office.
"Fionn," I said, smiling up at him. "Long time no see. I'm sorry I haven't been round in a while to pay you a visit."
Mr. Long grinned and walked back into his office, telling me to follow him. I liked Mr. Long - he understood me. He understood that I wasn't going to change. End of story.
"Good luck, princess," James said, winking at me as I stood up.
"I ain't no princess," I said, smiling flirtatiously at him as I followed Mr. Long into the office.
    Author's Note:
Yeah, so, did I do good? :) What do you think? Let me know! I love feedback.

    Just The Way You Are
    Chapter One
    ✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯
"What would you do if I told them?" It was a simple question, one his soft Irish accent had brushed past my ears multiple times as I sobbed into his shoulder, wincing as his delicate touch worked to gently clean and then wrap my still bleeding wrists. But for some reason I was never able to answer it…. I would just shrug my shoulders, continuing to watch as he cleaned the deep marks. "Thats not an answer," His pale blue eyes met my brighter ones, concern filling this as tears slipped down my face.
"Well I don't have one," I whispered, getting up, leaving Niall dazed on the floor. "I still need to get dressed for school," He stood up, brushing his dark jeans with his hands.
"Then get dressed," He mumbled kissing the top of my head. "I'm going to home to get Ash, I'll go pick Bella up and then come get you," I nodded gently as Niall disappeared out of my room. This was how most morning started. I woke up a sudden thought in my head as I started to slice up my wrists, and text Niall. It was normally the loud three A.M. thud of my brother coming home from whatever party he blew off school for that day.
I walked into my bathroom, showering quickly before sliding a head band in, keeping my long bangs out of my eyes. I found a pair of skinny jeans, wriggling into them before I pulled on a white tank top and a lacy long sleeve shirt, zipping up my boots before I put my arrow ring on my finger and stacking my bracelets up my wrist. (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=79600619) I walked down the stairs, hoping my father was still unconscious as I jogged into the kitchen snatching an apple before I walked outside to sit on the front steps, waiting for Niall. He pulled in a few minutes later. A tall blonde girl hoping out of the car, her pink shirt saying something about Paris, his hair curled and bouncy as she walked on her Keds. (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=79602476)I smiled slightly, standing up off the stoop before a smaller girl in a red varsity jacket got out too, a red snap back on her straight brow hair, DC's on her feet. (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=79601775)
"Ready to go short one?" Bella whispered, her taller stature making it rather easy for midget jokes to be made. I didn't really mind them, it reminded me she cared. Which in turn just made me feel worse about all I was hiding from her. I nodded lightly, not exactly sure how my voice would hold as I hugged her.
"Sup Freak?" I glanced over to Ash, looking at her straight in the eyes, being ruffly the same height. I smiled again, hugging her quickly before the three of us jumped in the car to go to school, the one place I feared more then my home.
    Author's notes~
NEW STORY! I'll actually finish this one, pinky promise! Feedback and ideas are always apprectiated! please leave something Loves! It would mean the world to me, and it makes it so much easier to write! I'm in Florida this week... So I don't know how much writing I can do, but I'll try!
