My cousin's parents are loving but strict. She's 10 but has no phone and if she gets birthday moneys, she has to give it to her mum. So, not all kids are screwed

My cousin who's 6 years old has a black berry ._.
I didn't get my first phone until I was 12 and it was an old and used flip phone that my brother pretty much screwed up ._.

My cousin who is like 3 got an ipad for christmas, an ipad. My first phone was a tracphone and i got it when i was maybe 10 or 11? But it was an emergency phone so i only took it when my sister and i went on a bike ride, my 2nd phone was when i was about 12 and i got it when i started staying after school and it was a rumor touch but it was only good for texting and calling, but thats what a phone was suppose to do and then i finally got an iphone in april but that was only because my mom wanted to upgrade to a smart phone and it actually costed more for just her to get a smartphone so my sister and i got iphone 4
