No actually you aren't YOUNG ENOUGH to understand. Sure you are an adult, sure you've had experiences, but please tell me what it's like to walk into a building of 1500 kids nearly your age and not be liked by a single one. Tell me how you know what it's like to be seated in a classroom, students all around you hating you, throwing paper at you, mocking you, ignoring you. Tell me how you know what i feel because apparently age has something to do with that right? Come back to me when you take a walk in my shoes, and don't tell me you know more because of age, because i can promise you, you have no feelings for what is on my mind right now. I'm depressed, go get therapy. Is that what your "experience" told you to say? Because i'm sorry, but it makes it worse. So before you tell me i'm not normal, before you tell me i'm too young to understand, let me tell you one thing.

Adults have problems too you know. And bullying isn't a new thing. The truth of the matter is, you have no idea what you're talking about. Imagine walking into your workplace and being abused by your boss. You're underpaid and overworked, but you can't quit because your family depends on your meagre pay. Depression isn't specific to kids. Adults can be depressed too. And the fact that you can't realise that means that maybe you aren't old enough to understand, and you resent being told that.

I know they do, but if you have ever been to counseling or anything, they are very narrow minded. For example, i have depression, and i selfharm like and my grandmother, who has been there in my life has told me its a normal teenage problem. I understand some have hardtimes, but they are just narrow minded people. I can promise you i have been through more than what most people live through by the time they die.

Maybe they went through the same (or similar) experiences as you when they were young? Just putting that out there. No hate, depression is a terrible thing for someone to have to go through.
