I hate that she smokes. I hate her for smoking. But I can't stop her so I try to understand why she does it. It may hurt her long term but it's the only way she can calm herself. Shes bipolar and the medicine she was given didn't stop it. She's been through a lot and if I can't stop my sister from it I'm going to spend as much time as possible with her while I can. If I could I would stop it, but sadly I can't.

We have to wait until she realizes she needs help. People can live a long time even with smoking. I hope she doesn't die but in the end we all die and it was her choice to smoke.
