Water, healthy food, good potto portions because salty foods will keep you full longer i promise! And exercise in the way you like. You could try running joining a gym biking dancing or even just going on long walks every day avoid all unhealthy foods(: good luck!!!(:

hey hun! okay so before, during, and after EVERY meal drink a glass of water, it doesn't have to be a big glass btw. and fit some in between too! also say when your just sitting, have a bottle of water. that always helps with me. eat a lot of leafy green vegetables and carrots. also for snacks in between, (try not to have much!) try and have pretzels instead of chips.
NO GREASY FOODS!
Exercise like once a day or every two days. and like i said before, DRINK WATER! water can stop break outs, fill you up so you eat less and help strengthen your nails! And more!
I hope you achieve your goal honey! you seem like a really nice encouraging person and just believe in yourself! if you dont have confidence then you're never gonna get through this!
xoxo Abby :)

I lost a lot of weight during one year and all I did was cycling a lot and especially - and that's the most important thing - I learned to love and accept myself. I didn't really reduce any of my food and I also started dancing...I think it works different for every person anyway.

Instead of water you should try all natural green tea. (I drink Carrington's.)
It cleans out your body and you burn a bunch of calories. c:

Drink ice water before EVERY MEAL! and make sure its ice water, because if it is ice water your body will burn moe calories because it has to heat up the water, and the colder it is, the more work your body will do and the more calories you will burn! eat a healthy breakfast EVERYDAY! never skip breakfast! its very important!! & it also helps your metabolism. & eat only 2 snacks a day. (healthy) good luck! (:

oatmeal with fruit in it is very good for you, or eggs, or even toast with some peanut butter. anything with protein in it. & if you like coffee, 8 oz of coffee a few times a week is VERYYYYY good for you.

Yeah if you really follow it and you exercise it'll be even quicker. Like the first two weeks I did it I lost 10 pounds. I just kinda stopped doing it but if you really stick to it and exercise you will lose a lot. And it's a healthy diet system so don't worry.

first, make sure you're doing it for the right reasons. maybe think out and write down some reasons why you want to lose weight. i've been in-and-out of a diet for the past few weeks counting calories and i've found that it works pretty well. you want to keep your calorie intake between 2000-2200 (depending on age, height, weight, etc.) i suggest eating more white meats than red meats and always eat breakfast to boost metabolism! eat only between whenever you wake up until 9 or 10 to keep from excess snacking. lots of water helps to lose water weight and reduce bloating! i have a few other tips- if you have any questions feel free to ask me! :) good luck!

you're not a bother! if you have an ipod/iphone then there are apps available that will help you keep track of your diet and exercise. when i had it, i was really good at keeping track. since i've kind of slacked, but also since i've started my diet (which hasn't been very strict, and I started a few weeks ago) I've lost maybe 2 or 3 pounds. It's not much, but it's a start! just eat in portions. Try to stick with serving sizes, and if you think about it, most healthy foods are all under 100 calories so that's 20 different foods in a day- which honestly isn't tough to stick to. you'll actually be surprised how many calories you can actually cut down on without actually having to cut down. i exercise maybe once or twice a week, and I'm trying to build up. usually I just do sit ups and crunches, lately I've been doing squats, lunges, and push ups, too. really you've just got to have persistence. it's okay if you slip up a few times, but try to keep it to a minimum! lately, with my birthday & Halloween I've been slacking a lot so starting after this weekend I'm going to do a very strict diet up until Thanksgiving and then bouncing back again and then splurging again at xmas! sorry if this comment is all over the place, lol. Hope it helped!

drink coffee before meals, it shrinks your stomach, therefore making you eat less, but still a healthy amount of food.
