okay, so i know how insecure
every one is...
and i want every one to comment why you're insecure/suicidal.
after you comment, look through what every one else said.
leave insipring messages to help every one realize that you are perfect in your own way.
maybe you will finally see you are not the only one struggling and you can realize how many people are in the same boat as you.
because YOU are perfect.
&should not feel ashamed.

Gymnastics
You tell me that all a gymnast is,
is a little girl prancing around in leotard.
You tell me that it's easy, and it's not a sport.
But hunny?
Have you ever seen those quarter size
pieces of skin that get ripped off our hands?
Those huge burns on our legs from slipping down the
side of the beam?
Have you ever thought about doing those crazy things
we do?
Did you ever think that we're at risk of death
every time we step onto the floor,
mount that 4 inch piece of wood that's 4 feet off of ground,
start sprinting towards that staionary table,
only to do crazy skills over it,
or start our bar routines?

three best friends who hang out together all the time
and none are ever left out.
In Real Life:
three best friends. two hang out all the time,
with the one extra third wheel who doesn't
get invited half the time & doesn't know how she fits in.

Only a gymnast
can handle 4+ hour long practices every night.
learns to accept those grossly rough hands.
prefers a leotard to regular clothes.
feels more confident on the beam than in the classroom.
stays up until 2 a.m. to finish homework after practice.
looks forward to being in that hot, sweaty gym.
is used to getting large amounts of skin ripped off her hands.
can fall on something dangorous a million times, and keep getting up for more.
is willing to risk terrible injuries just to keep going.
is always in some sort of pain.
can call her coaches her second parents.
can trust her team with everything.
can relate to another gymnast.
can love the smell of chalk.
Only a gymnast knows what all of these feel like

wondering where she went wrong.
what she wasn't good enough.
waiting for him to call her and say "just kidding"
wondering why his phone goes to voicemail...he must be with his ex.
