Yeah, you're right; there are loads of words in the English Dictionary that are used differently in other countries.
Whenever I'm talking to my cousins who live in America; I get a bit mixed up with their words :\ haha, lol; Maybe its just me...

I just saw a comment that said you need to learn French, hahha; Thats only if you take "Languages" as a subject; where the mainly studied topics are French and Spanish

tbh, in england we speak differently, like you say 'trash can' we say 'bin' and 'trash' is 'rubbish' and you say 'sidewalk' we say 'pavement' the list goes on. i once read something saying, theres english then theres mistakes
