Chapter 17
The next day I woke up and ran the flat iron through my hair, dressing in a cute, strapless floral dress with a brown belt and matching brown shoes. I put on my makeup and grabbed my cell phone before hopping into my car and driving to Louis' house.
When I got there, I figured he was alone, since there were no other cars in the driveway. When I knocked on his door and saw who opened it, I was wrong.
"Aubrey! What are you doing here?" asked Taylor.
"Hi Taylor. Is Louis here?" I asked, looking over her shoulder.
"Yeah, he's in the shower. Do you need something?" she asked with a bit of an attitude.
"No, I was just coming by to drop off his jacket. He left it at the reception a few days ago." I said. 
"Oh, well if you give it to me I'll make sure he gets it." she said, and I walked back to my car to retrieve his suit jacket. When I walked back to his front door, he was out of the shower.
"Aubrey, what are you doing here?" he asked, looking confused.
"Your jacket." I said, and handed it to him.
"Hey Aubrey, what are you doing tonight? Louis and I are going out, you should double date with us!" Taylor said excitedly. Louis looked at me, expecting me to say no. But if he can date Taylor while he's with me, then I guess I can date someone else too. 
"Sure! Sounds like fun." I said, turning on my heels and walking back to my car. I quickly called Ethan  and told him to meet up with me at the coffee shop. 
"Okay, so want to go out tonight? Like on a double date?" I asked, praying he would say yes. 
"I guess I could work something out." he joked, and I was glad he agreed. 
"So I don't want you to feel like I'm using you, but here's what you need to know. The guy from the other cuople we're going with is the guy I'm kinda dating. But the girl from the other couple doesn't know and can't find out. Got it?" I asked, and he just laughed. I think Ethan and I will be good friends. 
Ethan and I went back to my place to get ready for the date. We spent the day just hanging out with each other, and at 5:30 we went to go to the restaurant that Louis told me to meet them at. He was kind of mad that I agreed to a double date, but he would be even more upset when he saw me with Ethan. 
"Hey, don't be afraid to hold my hand or something tonight. I wanna make Louis jealous." I said, and Ethan slung his arm over my shoulder and we walked out. 
Louis was going to be totally jealous, and I got to spend the night with a super cute guy. How much better could it get?
