my boyfriend knows i want to loose weight too and he invited me over to watch the last song but after he made a special workout to a cute love song and now i do it everyday and have lost 16 pounds in 2 weeks..amazing what boyfriends can do<3

Thats sooo sweet. I was also overweight, so i stopped snacking during the day and i drank a glass of water before every meal. It tricks your stomach and it makes you full faster. Excersice helps too! I was able to lose 30 pounds by the end of last summer. Good luck!
