I live
in a place where
am not accepted.
Not
because of something I did, but because of who I am.
Because of my colour and religion.
I've been called many names
including;
Blacky
Paki
Coco
pops
Towlhead
Bomber
Terrorist
and many many more.
On Eid(special
occasion)
My house gets
egged
On Ramadan
rocks get thrown at our
windows
Our car has gotten
broken into
a few times,the windows have
been broken several
times.
A rope was tied onto our door knob then to
a pole so we couldn’t leave the
house.
And just so many other things too painful
to even mention.
The thing
is...
It
hurts.
Not because of what they do but because
they hate me for no reason at all.
They've recently
stopped.
I realised it was
because I stopped letting them hurt me.
You know how?
I started Pretending that it dosnt hurt,I started
pretending that it dosnt effect me.I pretended
that it didn’t cause me pain.
Even though it
did.
So if someone tries to hurt you, Show they
that don’t effect you,Pretend that it dosnt
hurt

My best friend is Muslim.. And everyone calls her stuff like Chocolate and Crap... She loves the colour black.. And heavy metal music [I do, too] and everyone says to her "WHY are you trying to be Emo??? U cant be Emo bcuz ur not pale, acctually, u look like crap!" And we are 11! I don't want my friend [Unjla] to go through this when shes a teenager :( I'm so sorry for you..

I watched a documentary on a teenage muslim in america. They are just like everyone else. People need to understand, they were extremist. A few people, not all muslims. I'd personally love to learn more about your reiligon(:

We haven't done anything wrong.
Just because one evil man is a 'Muslim'
that doesn't mean that we're all like him.
I'm sick of the remarks but thank Allah,
that I live in a community where Muslims are
respected and accepted.

Everyone Thank you so so much im actually speechless i wasnt expecting more then 10 faves thank you so much for your nice comments they surely made my day. and yourcool im surprised u got treated bad by any Muslim tbh as a muslim im actually nice to everyone and i know this may sound crazy but even to the people who are to me and about the Muslims that live beside you go up and say Hi and then tell me what they say i assure you they would be nice just as long as u bother to be nice them :) Thank you again everyone I love you guys so much :]

I'm gonna start out a certain way, but please read til the end no matter how mad you are.
I'm a big . I won't lie when I say that. I dislike Indians, and occasionally Chinese people. And whenever I see a Muslim, I also admit that I judge them. But since I've grown up, I've learned that it doesn't matter what color someone is. They had no choice in what they are. But to this day, I admit that I can still be like my old self. You get used to it. You get sick of yourself getting picked on by Indians. Having them tell you that yu should kill yourself. The Chinese people I have met make me feel stupid. Purposely. They always bring me down. The Muslims? They judge me because I'm white. That I'm just like the rest of the white people. Sure, I am. But if they were nice to me, I'd be nice to them. It's not like I say off the bat when I see someone of a different race that they will kill me. No, I know you won't. But I got picked on so much from when I was a little kid to now from different races, so I'm sorry if people like me want payback.
And also, I'm close friends with India's few Indians, and Chinese people too. There's only two Muslim girls that go around where I live, and I've never cared to talk to them. Not because of race, but because I didn't feel like it. I just always had my own friends, and figured they did too.
Anyway, no matter what race you are, a person shouldn't have to deal with what you do.

Dude, people used to call me a stupid terrorist till i developed my kicking problem lol. Now i just kick anyone who tries messing with me(; Btw, you should like tell the police cuz im pretty sure thts not legal

I have middle eastern heritage too, it's not very obvious in me, but in my dad and brothers too, we have a very middle eastern last name. I found it helps when you sort of start off the joke yourself. That way, they've got nothing to hurt you with.
