Well, howdey!! My name is Sarah, and as the username might suggest, I love the Beatles. Just so you know, I liked them WAY before it was cool to like them!! ;) I'm not a hipster, promise!
Anywho, I love music, and my friends. I love making people laugh and I find I can be pretty good at that. I love writing, and I play hockey and tennis. My favorite books are the Harry Potter Series, The Darkest Powers Trilogy, and much, much more,
Let's see... What else? I'm 16, my favorite color is green. I love to talk and help people, so if you want to talk for any reason I'm here!! ;)

I've got an idea. I want everyone to comment on this quote something that they like about themselves. People think that they're worthless because they're always looking at what's wrong with them, so I want to hear about something that's right about you. It can be anything from a physical trait to a personality trait. What makes you special? Some of you are thinking,"nothing". That's bull crap. We both know it. A good dog died yesterday. Moose was my friend, confidant, and companian for nearly 14 years. It was peaceful, and he didn't feel a thing. Moose was the sweetest dog you could ever meet, he rarely barked, he would always be by your side, and his goal in life was to be pet. He was funny for a lab because he didn't like swimming, retrieving, or car rides. Moose was a great listener and loved it when you held his head in your lap. He didn't move around too much. Only where you went. I'm going to miss you, Moose. Rest in peace, old friend

There's only the drama you create. Sure, you may not be the one starting rumors, but you're the one reacting to them, you may not have been mean first, but you're the one reading too much into it. You are only part of the drama you choose to be in. It bugs me when I see quotes complaining about drama, it's not like you don't have any control over it. Put on your big-girl panties and ignore it or deal with it. Don't be catty or anything. State how you feel and be done with it. Remember, it takes two to tango

Sometimes, we need to look outside ourselves to realize it's a beautiful day. That somewhere a gorgeous baby is being born with ten fingers and ten toes. Somewhere, a healthy toddler is taking their first steps and saying their first words. Somewhere, someone is celebrating another birthday with their friends and family. Isn't that amazing and something to be happy about?

I see a lot of quotes about how judgmental society is, but really, why does it matter? The only opinions you should care about are people you love and trust. People who want to help you. You can only have judgment affect you if you let it.

You know what makes me sad? The fact that so many people are under the impression that today's popular music reflects the person performing it. They don't write their lyrics, it is done with a formula so that it can be marketable. What happened to music where the people performing it wrote it? Lyrics that came from the heart. Even the "You're beautiful" stuff was written so that it could be marketed to insecure teen girls. It makes me so sad.
