summer is about the sun .
the pool. the ocean. its about wearing the same outfit two days in a row
and not giving a shitttt. summer is about suffering through a sunburn...
then enjoying the tan. its about wearing short - shorts and camis and
not worring about being called " s l u t t y . " summer is about spending
time [ only with ] the people you WANT, and not being forced to
see your enemies every single day. its about figuring out the perfect
outfit for the first day of school... on the first day of july. summer's
about the flip flops. the lip gloss. the c r a z y sleepovers and the
crazier phone calls. but best of all, summer is about the memories...
and the b e s t f r i e n d s who helped you make each one <3

A man was in a locker room,
changing after playing golf.
Suddenly, his phone rang.
He put it on speaker for
the rest of the guys to hear.
"Hey hun!" A woman said.
"Hey babe." The man said.
"Oh my gosh, I just found this beautiful leather jacket... but it was 200 bucks... can I get it?"
The man replied, "Of course baby! Anything for you."
"Thanks! And by the way, I passed the dealership and saw the car we want, but its 20,000 dollars."
"Oh, who cares! Get it with all the options and features!" The man replied.
"Really! Oh, and lastly, the house we wanted is back on the market... the asking price is 750,000, and they expect it'll go fast." She said.
"Okay then offer 900,000- we'll be sure to get it then!"
"Ok! Great hun. I gotta go. I love you! Byee!"
"Bye." He shut the phone.
Every man in the locker room looked at him in disbelief.
Then the man said....
"Does anyone know whose phone this is?"

i understand how scissors can beat paper,
and how rock can beat scissors, but there is

paper can beat rock. is paper supposed to

leave it i m m o b i l e ? why the hell can't
paper do this to scissors? actually,

why aren't sheets of college-ruled notebook
paper constantly s u f f o c a t i n g students
while they're taking notes in class? i'll tell you why:
because paper can''t beat a n y b o d y . a rock can
tear that crap up in t w o s e c o n d s. when i play rock,
paper, scissors, i always choose rock. then when somebody
c l a i m s to have beaten me, i'll punch them in the face with my
c l e n c h e d f i s t and say, "oh, i'm sorry i thought your
paper would protect you."

I hate when people say
"he's a jerk, get over him"
it's not that simple...
yes, he can be a jerk,
but he's also one of the sweetest guys you'll ever meet.
he can make me smile, when I feel like crying.
he's simply amazing.
and you make it sound like I don't want to get over him.
I do, more than almost anything,
but it's not that easy to get over someone you've been in love with for over a year.
and don't say "I know how you feel"
because you don't know how I feel.
you don't know how it feels when he smiles at you and you feel like the only girl in the world.
the only girl he wants, and ever wants.
you don't know it feels to hold his hand, and feel like he's holding your heart.
you don't know how it feels to look in his eyes and see his soul.
you just don't know.
