I'm not gonna apologize.
I just want you to understand, hell I want everyone to understand,
that I have these things called flaws./ /// I can't dance for my life.
I run into things. I break things . I'm not neat. I don't look perfect
all the time, actually I don't ever look anywhere near perfection.
I love colorful things, they make me smile. I use up an eraser in
a single day. I can't keep a poker face, everyone knows when
something is wrong. My teachers even know when I'm not myself.
I rub my eyes a lot. When I don't get enough sleep I feel sick.
I get frustrated with the people I love the most... often. I have an
infatuation with eyebrows, I love it when people give me the
eyebrow, don't ask me why. I cry a lot during movies. Even the
ones that aren't supposed to be that sad. I've cried during
comedies. Good memories haunt me. I miss simpler days. I get
emotional looking at old yearbooks. When people stick their head
out really far, have to look away. I shake my legs a lot when I'm
just sitting around.---------->>I'm not anywhere near perfection.
But thats okay with me.

Im lucky.
i've never thought of myself as lucky before. I mean,
I fall flat on my face daily, spill things, get food all over
my face when I eat, laugh at inappropriate times, &
never get away with any little thing.
but come to think of it, i'm pretty damn lucky. I've got
a supportive family and friends, all of whom i would walk
through fire for. & the fact that I live in America, where
I don't have to worry about poverty, or lack of clean
drinking water, the only war I've seen is in movies, I've
got my health, and my youth, I don't have to hide my
face from the Taliban, I'm not suddenly homeless from
a massive earthquake, or a tsunami. I don't have to
worry about slavery, hypothermia or not having a
place to sleep tonight. I'm going to bed in a heated
house, and I'll wake up to the smell of waffles w/ syrup.
I'm lucky.
[Does anyone else feel guilty about all this?]
