    My Fading Autumn
    Chapter 9
I don't cry this time. I know better. I can't break in front of Amber. Ryan and Amber both break the kiss and look at me. Ryan is surprised, but this was Amber's whole plan. She looks me up and down, then shrugs as if to say, " I guess you're not good enough. You'll never be good enough for anyone." Ryan starts to walk towards me. " Sky I-"
Snap. I break the record in two and push the pieces into his chest. Without another word I walk away, start to go downstairs. I hear Amber. " Leave her. She's a freak."
" No. This was your plan all along. You're such a b/tch. Get out!" Ryan yells.
I bolt out the door, thinking about what he said. I know he cares about me. Or did atleast. But he was holding her. He was kissing her back. If he didn't want to kiss her why didn't he push her away? Exactly.
Now I'm running. I jump across the creek and sprint into the woods. I need to know Amber's secret. Maybe I can blackmail or confront her. And I need Bonnie to get better. And Chase. I still have no idea what I felt the other day when he smiled at me. I need to figure that out too.
I can feel my eyes burning. My heart aches. I know I didn't love Ryan, but he built me up when I felt sad. And in that one moment he knocked me down.
"GAAH!" I slammed into the ground. I guess I tripped on one of the roots. I don't have the will to get up. I just pull my knees to my chest. I'm sobbing into the dirt. Just leave me here forever. I feel like the world keeps closing in on me. No one is on my side. First my dad was taken, then my home, and now my boyfriend. I'm paranoid all the time. It's hard to eat. My sobs hurt my chest and my head is pounding.
If a tree falls in the middle of the woods, where no one is around, does it make a sound? Thats how I feel. A broken tree, all alone. And no one knows. I'm all alone, as I cry myself to sleep.
    •••
    I wake up and I can't move. I can't feel my fingers.
" Sky? Sky wake up. Come on get up!" Chase yells. He's crying.
I'm confused. I start to remember what happened. I try to open my mouth but my lips are so chapped and nearly frozen. When I start to talk, they hurt. " Chase." I mumble.
" Sky! Why are you out here?! We need to get you warm."
I try sitting up but my neck is stiff. My fingers are numb. My teeth are chattering.
Chase is trying to help me stand, rub my hands so they're warm, giving me his jacket. But I just need his warmth. I reach out for his waist and try to hug him. He understands and holds me. We lay there, holding on. My teeth keep chattering and he puts his warm hand on my cheek. I'm feeling it again. The spark.
We must be there or maybe half an hour. Just trying to breath. It's dark, probably 2:00 in the morning. I wonder why he was out here to find me. It seems like whenever I need his, he's there.
We finally get up. I can feel my fingers and talk. But my throat hurts. "We need to get inside." he says.
"Okay," I whisper, swallowing hard. He puts my arm around his shoulders to support me but my legs are shivering. All of the sudden, he's carrying me, like a bride.
" Why were you out here?" he asks. He is trying to walk fast but can't.
I have to think. I can't speak much to I sum it up in one word. " Amber."
I realize how much he's been crying when I look into his eyes. Why do I mean so much to him? I'm not special. " I'm so sorry." he says.
    " Don't be"
We get to his farmhouse and go through the back door. We have to be quiet because his parents are sleeping. He gets me a blanket and hot chocolate. I'm wrapped up on his couch.
" You can crash here tonight. I'll explain it to my parents in the morning." he says, sitting next to me.
" Thank you so much, Chase."
" No problem. If I hadn't help, you would've froze." he says. We smile and just lay there, watching the flames twirl in the fireplace.
I realize he's asleep on my lap. I stroke his shaggy hair and begin to accept what's happening. I'm falling into two thing.
    One; I'm falling for Chase.
Two; I have a feeling I'm falling into one of Amber's traps.

    Everything About You
    Chapter 4
    Shannon
I had cut before, so it wasn't new to me. There were many reasons for me cutting. I used to be bullied, called names, everyone used to take the p*ss out of me. It got to the point where I walked in front of a car and tried to commit suicide.0 I had depression. Nobody knew, but I knew that I had to stop, and take these things lightly. So I did, I was laughing at the name-calling.
I had started cutting, nobody knew, until I was asked if I ever did, and I said that I had years ago. People thought I still did, so I was called 'Emo' and 'Goth'. I admit, I liked gothic things, so I didn't mind being called 'Goth'. It was emo that got me most.
Lucas had asked me the truth, and I said yeah, I did, and I had been doing it that week. He asked me why and I told him that I was p*ssed off with everything and it's the only way I felt better. I told my closest friends what I had been doing, and they were all supportive. Apart from two of them. Jess and another girl called Aliyah. (Pronounced Aleeyah). Jessica stopped talking to me, and had deleted me off Facebook. That was the night I had stopped, and she knew that I'd stopped. She told everyone I had, and she'd been telling Aliyah that I had carried on, doing it regularly and boasted about it.
Everyone was asking me and even Lucas, but we both denied it. I had been doing it the night Jess stopped talking to me, and I was talking to Lucas.
    *Talking on Facebook*
    Me: I've done it again...
Lucas: Please, stop it. It's not good.
Me: I know I have to.
Lucas: Yes you do. You can do it, and I'm here for you.
Me: Thanks :) Okay, I won't do it no more.
    Lucas: Promise?
    Me: Promise!
So I had promised him never to do it again and whenevera I got angry, I would throw things around. Break hangers...
    Anything but cutting.
Jess never talked to me anymore. It made me want to start cutting again, but I knew I couldn't do it. I'd promised Lucas, and I wasn't about to break that promise. Jessica had been chatting sh*t about me again. I was really p*ssed off, and was about to break down, when I thought "I can't. I have to stay strong."
At this time, Jessica had just got a boyfriend, Michael. I was mad. I was on rage. "You have the biggest sl*t ever as your girlfriend. She doesn't really love you! She's just desperate and will go out with any THING that asks her!!" Everyone was staring at me. I didn't care. I would smack their faces in.
The thing that hurt most was that we were like sisters. She'd left me over it. Even though Lucas stayed with me, helped me.
**Hi guys, if you're reading, thanks so much! Please do not ask to be notified, as I don't have time. But follow me, and the new chapters will show in your feed as you log in to Witty! I bet you guys don't like Jessica now. What would you have done in her position? Why? Who do you like most?**

    Sunsets - Chapter 25
Rosie's hands were sweating as she sat waiting for her flight.
Her parents sat next to her, humming and doing something on their iPads.
Frowning, Rosie went back to putting the finishing touches on her essay.
As soon as she finished it, a woman came over the loud speaker, "Flight 360 from Fort Meyers to Cincinnati is now boarding."
A line began forming, and Rosie's parents put away their iPads.
Saving her now finished essay and stuffing it in her carry-on, Rosie waited in line for a moment before it was her turn to walk to the gate.
She handed the woman her ticket, then found her seat.
She was sitting in the window seat and she could see grass and marshland just beyond the airport's grounds.
    Her heart clenched.
Would she ever see Anthony again?
Would she keep in touch with Timothy as she'd promised she would?
Her thoughts were swirling around and she suddenly felt claustrophobic.
Meanwhile, Anthony ran through the airport.
Would he make it in time?
He needed to see her, needed to tell her how he felt.
Anthony was heartbroken, Rosie was the girl of his dreams, and here she was, getting ready to fly off.
Would he ever see her again?
"Flight 360 from Fort Meyers to Cincinnati, last call."
Anthony picked up the pace, but he knew there was no way he could make it.
He reached the gate and pressed his face up against the glass.
A tear slipped down his cheek as he watched the plane take off, taking his heart with it.
Tears formed in Rosie's eyes as the plane rose into the air and she could see the surrounding landscape even better.
Florida was the place she had come to love so much, and she wasn't ready to return to her normal life in Ohio.
What broke Rosie's heart more, was that she knew this was the last time her family would be taking a vacation here.
It was their annual thing, but they had decided it was way too costly.
If Rosie ever wanted to come back here, she would have to pay for it herself.
So, as she flew high above the clouds and away from the sand, waves, palm trees, something broke inside of her.
"I don't want go," Rosie whispered aloud, her voice cracking as she pushed her hand against the window.
Although she knew her tan and the footprints they'd all left in the sand would fade, Rosie knew that she would always keep the memories locked inside her heart; all the parties, all the smiles, all the laughs, all the kisses, and all the sunsets.
    Forever.
    Awhhh! I'm legit about to cry. :( So sad... And I know it took me forever to post this, but I was having major writer's block and I wanted this to be good. This isn't the end, of course, as there's going to be an epigloge, but.... I have dragged this story out longer than I ever expected, and it's time to wrap it up. I hope you enjoyed it. ♥ Give me feed-back! -Becca(;

    Sunsets - Chapter 24
Anthony was with Gina, no surprise there.
Rosie made a face and grabbed Timothy's arm.
"Dance with me," she whispered in his ear.
He nodded and turned towards her as he danced.
    Rosie just focused on Timothy.
    Anthony was seething.
Here he was, sitting with the most popular girl in school, feeling jealous because his best friend was currently grinding on the girl he loved.
"You don't love her," he told himself, "she practically ripped out your still beating heart, because she doesn't want to be with a boy like you," he heard his own words tumble around in his head and winced.
Still, he couldn't help but wonder; what does Timothy have that he doesn't?
Why does Rosie like him so much?
The answer came to him as the music changed from Starships by Nicki Minaj into some random techno song.
"You're a player," he thought to himself.
"But she's my coach," Anthony whimpered aloud.
"What's that babe?" Gina asked, leaning into him.
    "Nothing," he shook his head.
Gina frowned, "Are you sure? Do you wanna go dance?"
Anthony couldn't take his eyes off Rosie, and he went to say 'no', but he stopped himself.
"Sure," he felt his lips curve into a small smile.
Gina jumped up and grabbed Anthony's hand, leading him into the drunk crowd.
"Let's show Rosie what she's missing," he mused silently.
It was around two in the morning when Rosie pulled Timothy from the crowd and gently kissed his cheek, "I have to go."
Timothy sighed and held her hand tightly, "I'll miss you... Do you want me to walk you back?"
"No," Rosie shook her head, "and I'm going to miss you too... Remember to add me on Skype, and I'll text you when my flight lands in Cincinnati."
Timothy nods and gently caresses her face, he leans down and kisses her for a moment, but she quickly pulls away and starts kicking up sand as she runs back to The Outrigger.
The tears she's been holding back all night begin to flow freely.
Anthony watches the quick exchange between the two scornfully, and part of him wants to push Gina out of the way and chase after Rosie, but another part of him-the sane part of him-knows she wouldn't stop.
Anthony grabs a drink and drowns his sorrows in alcohol; he passes out drunk an hour later.
At six in the morning, he wakes up in a comfortable bed, but it isn't his.
Anthony looks and sees that although his boxers are still on, his pants and shirt are thrown halfway across the room.
Lying next to him are Gina and Tara.
Anthony makes a face, and as he gets out of bed he stumbles and has to use the bed-side table to steady himself.
Glancing back at Gina and Tara-barely dressed-on the bed, Anthony curls over, runs to the bathroom, and makes it to the toilet just in time.
Wiping his mouth, Anthony pulls his pants on, slings his shirt over his shoulder, and washes his mouth out.
Groaning and slumping over in the sink, Anthony realizes it's morning.
    Morning.
    Rosie.
"No," he whispers, "don't think about her."
Anthony swallows and walks back out into the bedroom, but when he sees Gina and Tara again, his feelings get the better of him.
"Lord help me, because I think I've gone insane!"
With that, Anthony turned on his heel and ran out of the hotel.
He made it to his house, pulled on a different t-shirt, then jumped in his car and tore out of his driveway on his way to the airport.
    There is one. more. chapter. left!!! Plus an epiloge(: Caseyy, I hope you liked it. ;D ♥ Give me feed-back! -Becca(;

    Sunsets - Chapter 23
It was her last day in Florida, the place she had come to love and adore, the place that had bore witness to her first kiss, and the place where she came to count time by sunsets.
Rosie decided to go all out when it came to getting dressed this time, so she threw on her pink sequin strapless party dress, her pink pearl necklace, her silver heart earrings, and for good measure she painted her nails pink.
    http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=52876639
Shrugging, she also decided not to wear shoes; this was on the beach after all.
The sun started hanging low in the sky, and Rosie got nervous.
Suddenly, Timothy was standing in front of her.
"Wow," he breathed, "you look amazing."
Rosie blushed, "What are you doing here?"
Timothy rolled his eyes, "I know the party doesn't start until later... but I want to spend as much time with you as possible."
Rosie smiled faintly, "Alright. Let's go."
Rosie practically jumped out the door, and Timothy ran after her, "Wait, where are we going?"
Laughing, Rosie started sprinting down the beach towards the water, "I don't know!"
Timothy chuckled and chased after her; he caught her a few feet from the water.
Rosie squealed as Timothy picked her up and threw her over his shoulder.
"Hey!" She yelled, "Put me down!"
"Nope," Timothy popped the 'p' as he started walking along the water's edge.
"Where are you going?" Rosie asked.
Timothy pulled her down so that he was holding her bridal style and smiled, "I don't know."
    Rosie grinned.
Timothy slung her back over his shoulder and ran a little more, before gently tossing her into the sand.
Rosie got up and started running away from him, but he caught up with her and grabbed her.
Timothy held her and looked into her eyes, brown on brown.
"I'm gonna miss you so much," Timothy whispered, suddenly very serious.
Rosie shuddered at the sincerity in his voice, "I'm going to miss you too," she whispered back.
Then, as the sun dipped below the lapping waves, Timothy pulled Rosie in for one last kiss.
It was passionate, and Rosie didn't want to stop, but she couldn't breathe.
    She pulled away gasping.
Timothy's hair was messy and his face was flushed, he smiled at her as he caught his breath, "We-We should p-probably go now."
Rosie nodded and the two headed for the hotel where the party was at.
It was dark now, and even though the party didn't technically start until ten, music was playing a a small crowd of people were already drinking and grinding on each other.
Rosie took Timothy's hand and pulled him into the center of the crowd.
More people were starting to show up, and Rosie grabbed a cup from one of the people walking around.
As she went to drink it, Timothy stopped her, "What are you doing?"
Rosie shrugged, "I'm getting a taste of the Florida party life," then took a big gulp.
It was alcohol of some sort, and it tasted good at first but if burned going down her throat.
Timothy smiled and grabbed his own cup.
Soon, the crowd was huge and mostly drunk.
Crazy lights started flashing everywhere when the music changed from something by Rihanna to Promises by Skrillex.
Rosie started getting into it, and she felt like she was on Cloud Nine.
Everything was perfect at this exact moment, but Rosie knew it couldn't stay that way.
She turned her head and saw Anthony.
Ugh, I wish I lived on the beach and got to go to crazy parties like this every night... I usually only stay up because of homework or I'm talking to someone on Facebook or something. -.- Oh well, whatever. This story is ending so savor it!!! Sunsets - Chapter 21
After an amazing dinner of salads and some French dish Rosie couldn't pronounce, Anthony and Rosie stood-hand in hand-to watch the sunset.
The conch shell blared and as she watched a bunch of tourists walk along the beach, and suddenly Rosie remembered she hadn't informed her parents, or anybody, as to where she was going!
Rosie mentally slapped herself, but she realized she could probably just blame it on her memory loss and get away with it... if her parents were even sober enough to care; they had this tradition of getting drunk the day before they left whatever vacation spot they were at.
    The day before they left.
Rosie's heart started aching again as she realized that those two days spent in the hospital meant she had three sunsets left.
"No, two," she thought heart-brokenly as she watched the pink and orange sun dip below the lapping waves.
Anthony whispered in her ear, suddenly, giving her chills, "Isn't it beautiful?"
Rosie looked up at him and threw on her best puppy-dog eyes and baby voice, "B-But Twony. I thwought I was the pwettiest thing woo ever sween!"
Anthony smiled and kissed Rosie, "You are."
Blushing, Rosie kept one hand around his neck and one hand playing with his blonde hair.
"Anthony," Rosie whispered, suddenly very serious, "I'm leaving in two days."
Anthony closed his eyes and pulled Rosie close so he could lean the side of his head on the top of hers, "Oh please, please don't remind me."
"I have to," Rosie said, pulling away so she could look up at him, her voice laced with hysteria, "I love you Anthony Robinet! My stupid idiot, my prince. You saved my life... and I love you. I love you!"
Rosie started weeping and Anthony pulled her close again, his body shaking with silent sobs.
"I didn't want to get attached to you, Rosie, when I first met you, but now I've realized that it's too late for that. I love you too."
Rosie shook her head into his chest, "We could never have a long-distanced relationship... I barely have time for a normal one, what with school... especially the high school I go to... I need to get into a good college. I don't have time for boys."
Rosie felt Anthony stiffen at her words, he didn't want to believe her.
    "We could try-"
"No, Anthony. No," Rosie continued crying, "I'm going to finish high school and go to the University of Maine and be a doctor and-"
"I understand," Anthony cut her off, and he pulled away from Rosie, "you don't have time for a boy. Especially a boy like me."
"No that's not what I meant-"
"I think it is, Rosie. That's exactly what you meant," Anthony turned away from her, trying to hide the tears shining in his eyes.
    "Oh Anthony..."
"No," Anthony shook his head, "the door's down the stairs to the left a-ways. Ask one of the maids if you get lost," his voice was cold, hard.
Rosie hung her head and walked out.
As she walked out of Anthony's door, she felt as if a part of her had just died; it was as if Anthony had somehow tattooed his name across her heart and she had just forced him into ripping it off.
Rosie tried collecting what was left of her ego so she could walk down the beach with dignity, but she couldn't do it.
She ran down the beach tripping and crying.

    Sunsets - Chapter 20
"Mom!" Anthony screamed back, "Why are you home?"
"Well," the woman-Anthony's mom-stated, "Eve and her husband Matthew had to cancel, Allyson's son, Max, broke his leg, so she had to go, and that left me with Loraine Rowlette! Can you believe it, I just cannot stand that woman-"
    "MOM," Anthony groaned.
She rolled her eyes, "So anyway, I came home early because I was stuck with that woman, and you know how much I hate her," she paused, "I had assumed you'd be much happier to see me, and when I got home and saw the dining room all done up I had-"
Anthony made a face and she cut off short.
"No matter, I can see I was wrong," Anthony's mother turned to Rosie and smiled broadly, "it must be for you. What's your name, sweetheart?"
Rosie smiled up at Anthony's mom.
She really did look like him, with stunning features, light blonde hair and a smile that could kill, but her eyes were hazel, flecked gently with black and brown.
"I'm Rosie Davis, Mrs. Robinet, it's a pleasure to meet you."
"Ohh," Anthony's mother cooed, "aren't you just brilliant? And please, call me Lucy."
"Lucy," Rosie smiled and shook her hand.
"Well, now I suppose I'll leave you two alone," Mrs. Robinet winked, grabbed her fancy blue purse and walked out the front doors, her heels clicking as she went.
Anthony cleared his throat after his mother could be heard driving off, "Well, um, let me just show you what she was talking about."
"That'd be nice," Rosie said, blushing a bit.
Anthony lead Rosie through a maze of halls and up a flight of stairs until he finally stopped in front of a white oak door.
"Now, like I said... I set it up myself, so... I don't know what its like in Ohio, but don't expect anything too-"
Rosie leaned in and kissed Anthony gently, quieting him.
"I'm sure it'll be lovely," Rosie assured him.
"Right," Anthony smiled and opened the door, "ladies first."
    Rosie walked in and gasped.
The room had a gorgeous glass chandelier hanging over a cream colored table with marble and glass accents.
There were four chairs sitting around the table, and the silverware was already laid out.
The walls were covered with paintings that appeared to be a mixture of Monet and Van Gogh.
"Are they real?" Rosie asked, walking over to a painting of a forest.
Anthony slowly walked up behind her, his shoes clicking on the hardwood floor, "Some are, but most are re-makes."
Rosie nodded then turned back to Anthony, "It's beautiful, I like it."
Anthony smiled, "Well, then you're going to love this."
Anthony walked over to the back of the room and pulled back some white curtains that had been flowing in the wind, then he motioned for Rosie to walk over.
Rosie was confused, because she had been thinking it was a window, but when she looked she realized it was a balcony.
Smiling, Rosie walked onto it and her jaw dropped.
There was a table and two chairs were set facing it, the silverware was already set up, just like in the main dining room.
"Oh Anthony," Rosie turned and smiled, "I do love it."
    He blushed faintly.
Turning back around, Rosie realized the entire balcony was dusted with red and white rose petals.
Rosie felt tears forming in her eyes as she remembered that white roses were her favorite flower.
"Is something wrong?" Anthony said, seeing the tears in her eyes.
"No," Rosie laughed as a tear slid down her face; she turned and tightly hugged Anthony, "I'm just so happy."
    Awh, cute, but another boring chapter. ;\ AH, I need to get this story moving along! I need to finish it up. Hmm, let's say three faves and at least one comment and I'll post another chapter today?? Just motivation... Thanks guys. ♥ Give me feed-back! -Becca(;

"Anthony!" Rosie called, setting her laptop aside and jumping up.
"Rosie!" He grinned and pulled her into a tight hug, picking her off her feet and swinging her around.
When he set her down, Rosie was instantly drawn in by his eyes.
"They're blue," Rosie thought to herself, "blue like the sky. Never forget that."
    "I've missed you," Anthony half-whispered,
Rosie opened her mouth to speak, but nothing came out; she found herself in a trance, unable to focus on anything but Anthony's features.
His tanned skin, his blue eyes, his white-blonde hair, his gentle smile.
"Remember every little bit of him," she kept thinking, "don't ever forget."
"Rosie?" Anthony said, a bit harsher this time.
Rosie was snapped away from her thoughts, "S-Sorry," she stuttered, "I'm a little scatter-brained."
    He smiled, "It's fine."
Anthony linked his hand with Rosie's, "C'mon," he prompted, "let's go down to the beach."
They walked down the beach, slowly, savoring every step.
When they made it to the water, Rosie's eyes found the blazing sun high in the sky.
A warm wind off the gulf blew her tangled, curly black hair back and she closed her brown eyes, breathing in the scents around her; she smelt the slight amount of salt from the water, suntan lotion from the people around her, and the strongest scent was a mixture of mint and lilac.
Confused, Rosie turned and looked at Anthony; he was smiling out across the water.
Taking a deep breath, Rosie realized the scent was Anthony, "Tony, are you wearing some cologne or something?"
Anthony looked at her and his cheeks flushed, "Uh, y-yes, actually... I um, have a, a surprise for you."
Rosie's heart started beating erratically in her chest, "Well, what is it?"
Anthony looked at his feet for a moment, then grasped Rosie's hand a bit tighter, "Here, it's at my house... I set it up myself."
Rosie tilted her head, but smiled faintly, knowing this must be a compliment and assuming Anthony was one of those people whose always had other people doing their things for them.
"Okay," she said, happy with herself when her voice sounded pleased, yet level.
Smiling even bigger, Anthony began running up the beach to his house, towing Rosie along.
Rosie giggled and squealed as she tripped over things, trying to be girly but hoping she didn't sound like a wimp.
After about five minutes of tripping over each other and clumps of sea weed, the two finally made it to Anthony's house.
Rosie let out of breath, "It's beautiful!"
Anthony chuckled, "You said that the first time you saw it."
    Rosie looked at Anthony, confused.
She hadn't seen his house already, had she?
Anthony looked at his feet and cleared his throat, but his voice still came out a bit hoarse, "N-Nevermind. Thanks. Let's just go out back..."
The situation was getting awkward, go Anthony let go of Rosie's hand and opened the large white French doors for her, "Ladies first," he said with a broad smile.
Rosie curtsied and walked into Anthony's home, her shoes clicking on the shining wooden floor.
His house was elaborately decorated, with seashells, beachy themed items and antiques gently lining the wall and floors.
The wood was dark, maybe oak, but the furniture and accents were all bright pastels; yellows and pinks and blues.
"Oh, Tony," Rosie gushed, "it's gorgeous!"
Anthony walked up beside her and smiled.
The two made eye contact and Anthony leaned in, "Really? Because I think the most gorgeous thing in the room," Anthony paused and leaned in a bit more, pulling Rosie close, "is standing right in front of me."
Rosie blushed and felt a tingling sensation go up her spine at the proximity of Anthony.
    "Why, th-thank you..."
Then, as Anthony leaned in to kiss her, there was the sound of heels clicking on the floor.
    "Anthony?"
Anthony and Rosie turned and at the same time came face-to-face with another woman.
    She screamed.
Okay, a bit of a random ending, but I just wanted to post something and get the end of the story moving, 'ya know? It's got a bit of romance, and then a tiny little cliff hanger, but nothing that you guys will go crazy over. :) I know, i know, its a little boring, but I promise that the ending will be totally worth while. :) Oh, and then a MASSIVE THANK YOU to beary0630 who gave me some fantastic ideas and some encouragement. Thanks a bunch! ;D Also, yes, I know the format changed randomly, but Witty wouldn't let me add this chapter using the old format because it said there was an error with it. -____- I really wanted to post tonight, so I'm giving up and just posting it like this. HOWEVER, I would like comments saying with format you all perfer, this one or the old one? If it's the old one I will continue trying to post using that, otherwise I'll stick with this one. Sunsets - Chapter 17
Rosie turned and saw the sunlight glinting off the hood of a red Sedan, she covered her face with her hands and tensed for the impact.
The impact was lighter than she'd been expecting, and she was vaguely aware of being thrown to the right, not back.
When she hit the ground with a thud, Rosie opened her eyes, only to find herself face-to-face with an emotionless Anthony; his eyes were closed and his face was smoothed out, as if he was sleeping.
    "Anthony...?' Rosie whispered.
Anthony didn't move, and Rosie just glimpsed the sun shining off somebody's blonde hair before darkness claimed her.
    -
Rosie awoke once, she was instantly aware of a loud, blaring noise and people dressed in white all around her.
Rosie made a noise that sounded something like a whimper.
"Shh sweetie," a female voice murmured in her ear.
    "A-Anthony..." Rosie breathed.
"He's alright," the voice said again, "now shh..."
The lights went off again as Rosie was plunged into darkness.
    -
The next time she woke up, she instantly found her eyes making contact with someone.
She felt like she should recognize him, and his name was right on the tip of her tongue, but it was too far out of reach.
The boy was tan, very tan, and it looked funny in comparison with his blonde hair that reminded her of sand, white sand.
His eyes were the color of the sky, a light, light blue.
"Rosie!" The boy called, it sounded like it took him everything not to shout her name.
    "Who?" She huffed.
"R-Rosie," he said, some of the light draining from his eyes.
She shook her head, "I think you've got the wrong girl, I don't know anyone named 'Rosie'."
    OH NO! :0 Rosie doesn't know anyone named Rosie? This is definitely a problem... Anyways, I've had terrible writer's block when it came to this story, let alone NO time to even think about writing. ;\ I hope that as soon as school gets out I'll have more time... Anyway, Happy Memorial Day Weekend! ;D And, because of the upcoming holiday, I have decided to dedicated this chapter to all veterans, but especially my Grandpa. :) Thanks for fighting in the Korean War, Grandpa. We love you! ;] ♥ Give me feed-back! -Becca(;

    Sunsets - Chapter 16
Frozen, Rosie didn't even register Timothy grabbing her arm and pulling her down behind a rack of clothes.
    Rosie's head was spinning.
Timothy looked her straight in the eye and said something, but all she heard was a strange ringing in her ears.
    "Wha...?"
Timothy put a finger over her lips to silence her, Rosie didn't complain.
Timothy grasped Rosie's hand tightly and sprinted for the door, but he ran into a worker and all three people tumbled to the ground.
Rosie's hearing returned as a foot connected with her cheek.
    "OW!" She yelled, shocked.
    "Rosie! Rosie!"
Strong hands were lifitng Rosie out of the tangle of bodies, and when Rosie turned around her jaw threated to drop.
    It was Anthony.
    "A-A-"
"Shh!" Anthony hushed her, "Are you okay?"
Not trusting her voice, Rosie nodded and Anthony loosened his grip on her.
Peeking around his shoulder, Rosie caught a slight glimpse of a very unhappy Gina.
"Rose!" Timothy spun Rosie around and pulled her into a tight hug.
"I-I'm fine." Rosie mumbled, "But, oh! Tim, your eye is all red!"
"What?" Finding the nearest mirror, Timothy groaned.
His eye was red and turning a shade of blue.
Then the worker got up, fuming, and rushed all four teens out of the store.
Rosie was feeling playful again as she leaned up against TImothy, "Huh, I've been here two days and you've already gotten me kicked out of my favorite store!"
Rosie laughed and leaned against Timothy, but he growled, shot her a glare and pulled away.
    "Hey! I was jok-"
"Shut up!" Timothy yelled, violently pushing Rosie out into the street and stomping off.
Rosie stood there, in the street, stunned.
    "Rosie! Rosie Rosie!"
Rosie heard her name being called, but all she could do was stand there and watch Timothy stalk off.
That's when she heard a horn and a loud screech.
    Lalalala, HAPPY EARTH DAY! ^___^ ♥ Give me feed-back! -Becca(;

    Sunsets - Chapter 15
Timothy's parents were very kind to Rosie, but she could tell they had expected him to bring home a girl like Gina; tanned, pretty, and fake.
Rosie smiled and made light conversation here and there, but Timothy's mom did most of the talking, going on and on about how Rosie should change her hair and how she should do her nails... Rosie just tried to ignore it.
Of course, Rosie did get to meet Timothy's sister, a dark haired girl with strikingly blue eyes.
"Hello," she said with a smile upon meeting Rosie, "I'm Kate. It's very nice to meet you."
Kate was younger than Rosie and Timothy, about ten, but she was pretty tall for her age.
After the lunch was done, Rosie and Timothy had pushed their earlier fight aside, trying to savor the rest of the day.
"Hey 'lil miss," Timothy said with a southern drawl, "I do believe it's time for us to be gettin' to where we supposed to be."
    "And where's that?" Rosie giggled.
"Er," Timothy said, loosing his accent and struggling to bring it back, "uh, whe-where ever you'd like, ma'am."
"Hmmm," Rosie grinned, tapping her chin, "how about that cute little store I saw on the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Ocean Court?"
Timothy thought long and hard, "Rainbow?" he asked, completely loosing his accent.
"YES!" Rosie jumped, clapping her hands together, "Rainbow."
Timothy rolled his eyes, but held his arm out, "Ma'am?"
Rosie just shook her head, took Timothy's arm and started walking.
After a little, Rosie and Timothy had successfully made it to Rainbow and began combing through the racks of clothes.
Rosie held up the shortest skirt she had ever seen, it was neon pink.
"Mmm, what about this?" Rosie tilted her head to the side.
Timothy's eyebrows knitted together as he looked at it, cocking his head to the left.
"Your momma sure would like it," Rosie said, joining in on Timothy's fun and using a southern drawl.
Timothy laughed and nodded, using his own southern accent, "Nah darlin', them there skirts are crazier than a wolfdog howlin' at a half moon!"
Rosie laughed and tossed the skirt back, not even bothering to hang it up properly.
After fifteen minutes of that, the little bell that signifies someone walking into the store dinged a few times.
Turning at the same time to see who is was, Timothy's face went white and Rosie's jaw dropped.
    It was Anthony and Gina.
    Yeah, the names of those streets? Sunset Boulevard and Ocean Court? I don't actually know if those are in Florida, but I do know they're here in my state! xD Kinda funny if you ask me... Anyway, I'm glad to be getting some more feed-back, I hope you guys like this chapter! Fave, comment, follow. ♥ Give me feed-back! -Becca(;

    Sunsets - Chapter 14
Rosie was in a particularly happy mood as she bounced around her hotel room.
After she and Timothy had kissed, he invited her to his house for lunch with his parents and then a day out on the town.
Rosie wanted to look her best, so she put make-up on, straightened her hair, and threw on her blue lace dress.
She smiled to herself and pulled on some gladiator sandals.

After she was sure she had everything, she waved goodbye to her parents and strutted through the sand.
Eyes scanning for Timothy, she walked over to the Tiki Bar and ordered a virign cherry daquiri to calm her nerves.
Sipping on the alcohol-free drink always made her feel better; it was her favorite.
Smiling, memories of past winters here broke through the excited haze clouding her mind.
As she chewed on a cherry, Alex walked over and sat down next to her.
"Hey Rosie!" Alex leaned in and kissed Rosie on the cheek, "You look extra nice today! Does it have something to do with that boy I met on the beach a few days ago?"
Rosie laughed sheepishly, "Nooo.... A different one."
Alex laughed as well, a bright grin across his face, "Atta girl Rose! Go get 'em!"
Rosie smiled as Alex got his drink, ruffled her hair and then walked off.
    Then, Timothy appeared.
    "Oh, hey Ti-"
"Who was that?" Timothy was fuming.
    "Wh-Who?"
"That blonde kid who just kissed you!"
"Alex?" Rosie threw her arms up, "Oh my God Tim, Alex is my cousin."
    Timothy's face fell, "Really?"
"Yes, really! God, you idiot!" Rosie turned away, extremely hurt.
Timothy wrapped his arms around Rosie, suddenly his voice was soothing, "Look Rose, I'm sorry, I didn't know, I got jealous... Let's just go, alright?"
Rosie nodded, but she didn't let through how much Timothy's reaction bothered her.
The walk to Timothy's house was silent.
    DRAMA! xDD Just a short little chapter. :) Enjoy. xx ♥ Give me feed-back! -Becca(;

    Sunsets - Chapter 12
What Makes You Beautiful by One Direction broke through the laughter.
Rosie composed herself as best she could and answered her phone, "Hello?"
"Rosie! Oh my God, I was so worried about you! Are you okay? Where are you? Is-"
Rosie cut Anthony off, "Calm down! I'm fine," Rosie shot a glance at a topless Timothy, "Tim found me. We-"
"Oh okay, good, where are you? I'm coming to get you! I'm coming right now!"
The line went dead and Rosie chuckled.
"What'd he say?" Timothy asked, leaning back in the sand.
Rosie leaned down next to him, "He asked where I was and then said he was coming to get me..."
    Timothy looked at her quizzically.
"I never told him where I was..."
Timothy let out a booming laugh, "Oh Tony, what are we going to do with him?"
Rosie shook her head, "I have no idea."
    Timothy smiled.
Rosie looked back out across the water; she and Timothy had gone swimming and had a water fight, kind of like the one she and Anthony'd had, but this one was different...
Timothy was starting to feel like Rosie's brother, the best guyfriend she'd never had, it was nice.
"I could get used to this," Rosie thought as Timothy nonchalantly wrapped an arm around her.
What Makes You Beautiful started playing again, and Rosie sat up, shaking her head as she saw Anthony's number on her screen.
    "Hello?"
"Rosie! Hey, where are you again...?"
    "I never told you."
    "Yeah... exactly..."
A small smile spread across Rosie's lips, "I'm on the beach in front of..." Rosie paused, and looked around.
"We're just in front of Richard's house."
Rosie frowned and tilted her head, but Timothy smiled gently, "Just tell him that."
"...Right." Rosie continued, "We're in front of Richard's house?"
"Got it! I'll be right there!"
    The line went dead.
Rosie sat down and leaned against Timothy's shoulder.
She let out a yawn as she watched the sun dip low in the sky, "I had a fantastic day."
Timothy gently laid his chin on the top of Rosie's head, "My day was better."
Rosie leaned forward and looked at him, a grin on her face.
"Watch the sunset," Timothy said, turning Rosie's head.
    Watch the sunset.
The words broke Rosie's heart; five sunsets left.
Rosie's eyes twinkled as the sun vanished behind the waves.
    MESSAGE TO KC: Tony is 'everybody', Rosie is you, and Timothy is... lol, idk, any other guy you can think of. How about Mikel? (; ♥ Give me feed-back! -Becca(;

    Sunsets - Chapter 11
Rosie threw her head back and laughed.
Instead of eating breakfast she and Anthony had been prank-calling people.
"I"M NAKED!" Anthony screamed into her phone, "AND I'M WATCHING YOU THROUGH YOUR WINDOW RIGHT NOW!"
Rosie heard someone yelling on the other end, and then the line went dead.
Anthony laughed so hard tears began streaming down his tanned cheeks, and Rosie couldn't help but die of laughter herself.
After five minutes of laughter, Rosie felt a manicured hand digging into her shoulder and she was suddenly surrounded by fake-tanned platinum blondes.
"Tony," Gina's snobbish voice broke through the laughter.
Tony dropped Rosie's phone on the table, startled.
"What are you doing here with her?" Gina hissed and the girl grabbing Rosie's shoulder dug her nails in farther.
Anthony's eyes widened and he motioned with a flick of his head for me to make a break for it.
Rosie shook her head 'no', but her feet seemed to have a mind of their own as she jumped up, grabbed her phone off the table and ran down the beach.
A tear streamed down her face, but she wiped it away.
    Why did this always happen?
Why couldn't she just have a moment to herself with the boy of her dreams.
"Boy of my dreams," Rosie whispered aloud.
Did she really like Anthony that much?
    "Rosie? Rosie! What's wrong?"
Spinning, Rosie realized she had stopped and had been leaning up against a rough palm tree with tears running down her cheeks.
Timothy was bounding over to her; he laid a hand on her shoulder, "What happened?"
"H-How did you find me?" Rosie asked.
"Anthony texted me, said to walk past the boardwalk until I found you... said it was urgent. I was just down the beach anyway, so I came running. Care to explain what's happening?"
Rosie sniffled, but nodded, "Gina and her crew swarmed us-"
"Say no more." Timothy whispered, holding Rosie against his chest.
Rosie could feel Timothy's strong muscles beneath his thin gray v-neck.
She looked up at him, and faint smile across her lips, "I'm glad you found me." Rosie whispered back.
Timothy smiled and wrapped his arm around Rosie's shoulder, "C'mon," he said a little more cheerfully, "let's go for a walk."
Rosie nodded and grinned as she looked out across the ocean.
    HEY! Just got back from NYC today, had a blast. ♥ Give me feed-back! -Becca(;
