So in English class we're reading Julius Caesar
And we have to write an essay on who we think is more fit to rule, Caesar or Brutus. So I seized the opportunity and took Gretchen Weiner's quote from Mean Girls, and if my teacher doesn't accept it then she just needs to reevaluate her whole life. Soooo here's my essay:
"Why should Caesar get to stomp around like a giant, while the rest of us try not to get smushed under his big feet? What's so great about Caesar? Hm? Brutus is just as cute as Caesar. Brutus is just as smart as Caesar. People totally like Brutus just as much as they like Caesar. And when did it become okay for one person to be the boss of everybody, huh? Because that's not what Rome is about. We should totally just stab Caesar!"

guys
i really hate to be the one to say this, but the "quotes" about suicide, eating disorders and cutting need to stop. if you can post an actual intelligent quote about that, go ahead.
but if all you do is post "i feel fat" "i'm going to cut again" "i'm done" and other things like that and then argue with people in the comments who try to make you feel better (and because of this the quote actually gets into top quotes), that needs to stop. witty is not for that.
the actual creator of this site thinks that those "quotes" are part of the reason why witty is going hella downhill hella fast. if you want an online diary, that's cool, but witty profiles is a website for quotes and poems and stories.

Do you ever see someone at school and think "wow you seem cool I'd like to be your friend and get to know you" but you're too socially awkward and anxious and scared to talk to them and they already have friends so you just whisper I wanna be your friend quietly in the distance
