i just got mine but in my state we're only allowed to drive our immediate family for the first 6 months and then you need a car and insurance and i hate to break it to you but its kinda a letdown after years and years of waiting... oh and theres drivers ed and driving time and tests and its just stressful

In Ohio, you get your temps at 15 In a half , driving school and then after that your able to get your license. My mom is paying for my car i just have to pay for when I get my truck .

in mass we have all sorts of rules... you get your permit at 16, lisence at 16 1/2, if you complete all your driving time, then you can't drive anyone except immediate family for 6 months after, and the whole time you have curfew so you can't be on the roads after 12:30 and before 5 am

Ohh wow that's gotta suck . When we have our temps we have to drive with parent or guardian or someone 21 & older. And then we have to do at least 50 hrs of driving with morning ,day time night driving . And then you can sign up for drivers Ed wich is what I'm gonna do soon .
