There was a lot of damage around me though so just pray that everyone's okay :)

my moms friend has her tub filled with water, extra batteries, flashlights, groceries, and legit is prepared for a zombie apocalypse and we don't even have water bottles. yeah we're screwed. but then again i live in west PA so it shouldn't be too bad.

This is not true at all. This storm effected millions of people. There are thousands of people that don't have their homes any more, entire towns have been destroyed that may never get back to the way that they were. It is entirely too soon to make jokes like this that aren't even funny because there are so many people whose lives will never be the same. It was a lot more than just rain, there were trees down everywhere. Not just fallen down but uprooted, entire sidewalks and lawns ripped up. Hundreds of people died. Just think about the state the East Coast is in and how inappropriate that makes this!
