I know my comment is late, sorry, I was looking at your quotes and saw this :P
But, with me, I'm insecure because I had an ex who treated me worse than dirt. He constantly told me I was ugly, he was the first boy I ever loved.
He constantly called me a & all that 'good' stuff. Hah :P
But a lot of girls are insecure because some (not all) men make us feel like less than we actually are.

a lot of girls are insecure about their wight,skin,social standing,looks,seriously anything. its just something that were born with and its like were always being told nothing is ever good enough to be "pretty" and you have to seriously admire the girls who dont care anymore, because its the hardest thing ever to give up. im pretty sure thats the main reason most girls are insecure,and i hope i didnt come off too harsh with that....but thats seriously the best i can understand it and youre doing something really great with this

im insecure about my smile, i got braces a few months ago and hate my smile now whenever im laughing or smiling i put a hand over my mouth to cover it up:( which only makes it worse.

yeah you arent real. you're a chick pretending to be a guy. because you think you'll get more faves that way? no. maybe if you tried to actually put meaning into your quotes some people would fave it. but you shouldnt be impersonating a guy and acting like you actually care about the reasons we're insecure. so please stop. it just feels like a joke, and it hurts. thanks.

I am insecure because I grew up with a mother who cared about & for me at first, then realized that having a kid was too much work & gave up, so I never felt good-enough to be her daughter, & because my brother would make it clear at least twice a day that I was a "disgusting, ugly, gay, fat ". Also, my mom's really beautiful, so she'd try to make me look good in front of other people, so I wouldn't embarrass her- She even told me that herself. So, that is why I am extremely insecure & almost never leave the house because of my appearance.

Because guys, not in general, but some guys are total jerks. Me, and other friends at my school have been told that we were ugly, fat, , whores, stupid , and I've personaly been told to "go cut myself some more". Most girls, no matter how gorgeous and confident they seem, everybody will find something to hate about themselves.

because no matter what a few people say there are always going to be people who judge you based on looks it's because that's always the first thing people see. so if you're not skinny then most people won't have a second glance at you and people can say what they want but that's the truth, all the girls at my school are pettite little twigs with stick straight hair whose ribs are clearly defined and they always say "omg, i'm sooo fat" and i'm just like if you're fat then i'm a fricken whale with hair that is soooooo thick i have no fricken clue how to deal with it and it ends up in a ponytail or bun. the facts of life my friend... or at least small town life in massachusetts, god i hate my town!!!

i feel i will never be the "pretty" friend, every girl is expected to look like these victoria secret models and when we don't we try our hardest to look like them and when we can't we get depressed, they are all size 00 and i'm not and i have been bullied and i just hate myself for that but its true
