I'm not sure if this is a different story, but the one I read was a man killed his daughters molester with his bare hands, not a gun but he was justified in doing so

Awful. Disgusting. Horrible. Unbearable. why? is awful.

Is the girl alive? Where did this take place? I know he killed the other man for the girl's defense (it's not self defense) but I only wish he hadn't acted on adrenaline and instead maybe beat the guy up and put him in a coma or something. But either way, I hope whatever jury deals with this case has enough sense to set him free.
