Hi, lets take a tour. Do you see that girl with the scars on her arms, she's been through things you would cry just thinking about. Do you see the siblings who come to school with the same outfit each day, they have no mommy and a dad who won't do anything for them. Do you see the girl who cringes every time someone jokes about the war going on, she watched her dad get blown to pieces in Iraq. Do you see the boy who is extremely serious about the pledge of allegience and doesn't come to school on 9/11, he his mom was killed on 9/11. Do you see that girl with the straight brown hair, hazel eyes, and grey converse, yeah the one who flinches and gets mad at every time someone says the word retarted, that's me, and I have a little sister that will do the same because, yes she is special needs and yes she will go through her whole life being called that word, do something about it.
Think about what you say before you say it. Don't assume you know everything about someone's life, because you don't.

My sister has Down Syndrome...for those of u who dont know wat that means please look it up. She will go through her whole life being called the "r" word (retarded) she doesn't deserve that...she is THE cutest baby EVER. So if u do use that word PLEASE im begging u, think about what ur saying and who ur hurting when u say that.

I'm sorry that ur so insecure that u made fun of me for being me. If you wanted to hurt me I'm sorry but there's no possible way anymore. U taught me that no one can be trusted, no matter how nice they seem, they'll turn their backs on u. So right now as I'm sitting in my room staring at the pair of scissors on the shelf across from me I would like to ask u. Why..why me, if i wasn't at school tomorrow or the next day, would you wonder what happened to me or would u make fun of me? Just asking. Oh and just 2 tell u I have a boyfriend and 2 of the bestiest friends a girl could ever have soo..I'm just imagining those scissors in ur arm :) arent i just the little angel in the corner everyone thought i was. Every single day since pre-k i was awarded crap. About everything, my hair, nails,body shape it didn't feel good at all. I'm suprised it took me this long to realize it doesn't matter what those girls say. Those popular girls who always made fun of how I looked and acted, it doesn't matter because they don't know crap about who I am and where I came from.

I traveled the world looking for my true love, never realizing he was right there next to me the whole time. I left my home and traveled to every country looking for him, it took ten years and four months until i realized that i had left something important back home. I went home to get it and there he was my true love at the airport waiting for me, holding my purse. I told him i forgot something he responded with an i know. I walked past the purse and hugged him. (Not a true story, but i wish it was)
