Well, you wouldn't like it if someone dissed something that you really loved, or looked up to. Just saying. Some people actually do like them because their music is inspirational, and their voices are amazing. So is Selena Gomez's, Bruno Mars's and Lady Gaga's. Just cause that one song they didn't write, doesn't mean they're any less talented than those other people? They do write some of their songs. I hate when people diss on someone famous like that, like.. at least they get out and do what they love. they shouldn't be made fun of for that. They've gotten farther than you have.

2. one direction are really inspirational.. they became famous by luck. how did selena gomez become famous?
4. lady gaga and bruno mars are both amazing. they inspire me too. but i don't understand why directioners can't take a joke. i think this quote isn't needed,(but it's not neccessary for directioners to take it offensively, because nicki minaj fans don't take it personally when i imitate nicki minaj.) plus you don't know if they didn't write it or if they did. the reason it bothers me is because your facts are wrong. that, plus the fact that there's nothing wrong with being inspired by somebody. i don't think it's mean, just unneccessary. for example: i don't like nicki minaj sometimes. but i dont go on her twitter telling her that i hate her and all that crap because i dont. i dont make fun of her fans because people have a right to their opinions. no need to be rude here. and i'm not trying to be rude either. just being truthful. thank you. and to the comment below me, haters don't know them either. nbd though.

Yes I love the boys but I can also take a joke. if some One Direction accounts can post well-known facts by them and quotes that I am sure half the time aren't even said by the boys, then this girl has the right to post this quote. Calm the flack down and get over it. Honestly, comments like these are why Directioners are so hated on this site...

"Who Says" was not written by Selena Gomez. "Just the Way You Are" was not written by Bruno Mars. In fact, this quote probably wouldn't bother me as much if your facts were actually right. And yes, it's overplayed on the radio, but what song hasn't been? I think everyone decides to dislike One Direction, only because other people talk about them, while they have no clue who they are. Which, is completely unfair. And you know what? According to one of the Niall's tweets, they have actually been sitting in the studio writing a song of their own. Just because Savan, the person who wrote it, doesn't have some "star quality" that is needed in society for a singer to be able to actually accomplish anything, doesn't mean that it's still not a good song. The song was still written by a person, not a computer.

One Direction has been extremely successful, considering how long they've been in the music industry. They came in 3rd on The X-Factor, and have been more successful than the winner and the runner-up. They really only just started their career last year, and already have an amazing album out, which sold 176,000 copies in its first week. This said album was #1 on the charts in 8 different countries, and top ten in 20 countries.

And you're sitting at home in front of your computer, while they're out who knows where making millions. Just remind me, how many songs have you actually written, that have been a #1?

Just my own opinion so don't answer this total anger, but you obviously don't know how their songs can relate to me and many other girls. Their songs ARE inspirational, ones you obviously may have not heard. WMYB is not why their songs inspire me and many other directioners. Please have the courtesy to make your own legitimate research, like before making a quote like this knowing it'll get people mad . . .
