although its kinda sad that people think they have to look like Barbie to be beautiful- its so sweet that mattel would do that!

i heard about that the reason they started it was because a 4 year old girl lost her hair and told her parents she didn't feel pretty anymore so Mattel came out with this doll but they aren't selling it because they don't want a profit out of it instead they are giving it to hospitals with kids with no hair
