I struggle with the same thing... its not that you are awkward... its that you are not confident in you're self. Gain confidence and everything will fall into place. I have serious speech issues and I can still get everything out with only some difficulty. I also have 3 dissabilities. Dont treat it like something you cant fix. Just stand up and be heard. You are just hiding and being shy. Become comfortable with yourself (do what you will to make that happen) then you're voice will come. I got all that crap in me and I have loads of confidence. Get get out there. reply
