Winter Storms in New England
Locals before the storm hits: Ugh, that's NOTHING. Remember the [insert blizzard/winter storm here]? Weathermen are a bunch of pússies. We probably won't even get anything.

They're playing for every New England mom and dad who ever woke up to drive kids to the rink at 6 a.m., and drank hot chocolate while they waited in the cold.
They're playing for the Revere girls with the big hair and the O'Reilly sweaters; for the shot-and-beer guys who pour every dollar of expendable income into the hockey budget.

so the other day it was really hot out, so i turned off the heat in my house,
assuming that it was finally spring and that heat wasn't needed. then i woke
up the next morning absolutely freezing and my dad told me that i wasn't
allowed to touch the heat anymore. apparently, spring is still on it's way..
