"I don't know my self anymore." He sighed
I felt his finger trace a line down my arm.
"Ella, you should probably put your pajamas on. These shorts
are dirty and that jacket doesn't look to comfortable."
Michael said
I kept still and didn't say a word. I was afriad that if he
saw I was awake he would ask me questions.
"Ella?"
After realizing that I was dead asleep Michael lifted my body off
the bed and held me with one hand as he took the blanket up by
the other. He put me back down and I rested my head against my
fresh pillow. I thought he was done but then I felt his hands
around my zipper. I bit my cheeks. With a quick movement he
unzipped my jeans and dragged them down my legs. I moved my legs
around hoping that would be a sign that he should stop. But, no.
Michael also unzipped my jacket and took it off. After that he
tucked me in under the blanket. Michael did the least expected
thing next. He prayed out loud to God, asking him to protect me.
Later he kissed me forehead and walked away. He was going to
leave. I knew it because I heard his foot steps coming from the
door's side.
"Michael." I said
He stopped and turned around to face me.
"What?"
"Stay." I said
"Come again."
"I want you to stay." I said
"Who are you sometimes?" Michael investigated
"I don't know." I cried
"That scares you, doesn't it." He said
"I just don't know what I'm capable of
anymore." I said
"I know exactly how you feel. All your life, you put your
self up to certain standards. Creating a stabalized structure for
your self. But, then you start feeling things you'd never
think you'd feel. And soon, you start thinking and doing
thinks you'd never think you'd do." He
said
"Exactly, someone who gets it." I said
"Who would have ever thought we have the same
problem."
I lifted the other side of my blanket gesturing him to
come.
