I don't regret you.

'I love you's' and I don't regret
any of the nights I spent dreaming of you;
waiting for the day that you
would love me
like I love you.
I don't regret letting you
settle yourself in the dusty corners
of my broken heart;
I don't regret any of it.
Because I love you, and I always will;
and I had the chance to feel like I actually
mattered to someone, to pretend that you
were always going to be there.
I don't regret you,
