I've only lived in England for 2.7 years (2 years, 7 months) and I lived in 2 different 'countys' as they call it, and yes I do think there are quite a lot of foreigners and many are here illegally whereas some of them have visas to live here like me but I'm not foreign :)

I've lived in Scotland for 16 years, & my whole family is 'foreign'. :L
I think the situation will illegal immigrants is a lot better here than in most other countries dealing with the issue, to be honest. ^-^
& I love that there are many different cultures - the more the merrier, in my opinion. ;)
